You many not have misinterpreted at all, I just think that monkey is far to self-obsessed and shallow to know anything about Q, since it doesn't further his career goals (fame) and bank account balance. There are likely many such people that are part of the plan and don't know it, or only know their own tiny role (basic compartmentalization, as Q mentioned early on that only 10 people know the actual plan).
And for the record, (don't remember if it was you or another anon) - a registered agent is someone who is hired to be the face/address of a business to file paperwork for them and accept mail re: that paperwork. They have no actual say in the company itself, and do this (as their job) for many companies. It's very standard and why you may see someone's name as the registered agent for many different companies.
With that said, it may be that certain very shady companies use a common registered agent. But not necessarily.
