The Kentucky judge who was shot by a sheriff is accused of having sex with inmates from the jail in exchange for more lenient sentences.
"I was part of it. I was one of them," said accuser Tya Adams.
Judge Kevin Mullins was shot at a courthouse, allegedly by Letcher County Sheriff Shawn 'Mickey' Stines, back in September.
Stines and Mullins knew each other for years. On the day of the incident, the two men, along with some others, had lunch together.
After lunch, Stines asked if he and Mullins should meet privately, which is when the incident occurred.
Stines is currently awaiting trial. He pleaded not guilty to one count of m*rder.

United States Marines on Tuesday arrested former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, the same day the current DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, stripped his security clearances based on evidence that he and his ex-boss, Barack Hussein Obama, hade orchestrated the bogus Russia Gate scandal to impugn Donald Trump’s character as he was running his first presidential campaign.

The arrest went down at Clapper’s Bethesda, Maryland, residence, while he was reportedly recording anti-Trump sound bites to be aired on CNN the following evening. Clapper, a lifelong spook, had earned three million dollars annually as CNN’s national intelligence “expert.”
