Latest: The new Army judge for the Ramzi bin al-Shibh portion of the 9/11 case has scheduled "voir dire" at Guantanamo for Nov. 10-14. Then, lawyers can question the qualifications of the judge to handle proceedings for the prisoner who was found incompetent to stand trial.
Interestingly, three military judges have scheduled hearings simultaneously for that week, and there are just two courtrooms. In reality, this is a rare occurrence.Somebody usually cancels.
