People, companies, governments on and on have thought for years if you put a black female in the position needed to be filled, you have killed two birds with one stone (black and female). I know this for a fact! I've been in on the boardroom discussions. It is an obvious fail! I haven't even mentioned the DE! factor so add that in and it's a complete and utter failure whether in education, government, law, banking, medicine, any type of administration and yes it filters down to food service and childcare. It didn't work..it will never work. Rare is the occasion where it does.
