Newly unearthed documents show deep state government actors once again circling the wagons to protect Bill and Hillary Clinton — and suppressing evidence that implicated them. Last week it was the FBI, this week it is the IRS.

In 2019, the IRS Criminal Investigations Division quietly launched a probe into the Clinton Foundation's tax practices, working closely with whistleblowers John Moynihan and Larry Doyle, financial experts who had compiled thousands of pages of evidence.

According to internal agency memos reported by Just the News, IRS agents reviewed the evidence and at least one agent concluded it meant that the "entire [Clinton Foundation] enterprise is a fraud." Agents then moved to treat the whistleblowers as cooperating witnesses and even set up secure computer servers to hold the material they had collected.

Then, without warning, the lights went out. "Can't talk about the CF," agents told the whistleblowers. By the summer of 2019, their inquiry was dead. Moynihan and Doyle are now battling the agency in Tax Court over the apparent shutdown of the investigation.

The IRS's abrupt reversal follows an earlier, more infamous pattern. In 2016, FBI field offices in New York, Washington, and Little Rock all opened probes into the Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation, partly on the strength of Peter Schweizer's 2015 bestselling book, Clinton Cash, which exposed numerous examples of the Clintons using the foundation while she served as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama as a pay-to-play scheme for business and foreign government interests seeking political influence.

National Guard Mobilizing Across 19 States To Clean Up Democratic Party's Alarming Failures

Pentagon officials confirmed to FOX News late Friday that up to 1,700 National Guard troops will mobilize across 19 states from August through mid-November to support the Department of Homeland Security's "America First" mission, a sweeping crackdown to arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens while restoring law and order in metro areas gutted by rogue Democratic leaders after a decade of disastrous progressive policies that unleashed destructive violent crime waves.

Documents obtained by FOX News show National Guardsmen will soon be deployed to Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming to act as a pillar of support for DHS, such as case management, transportation, logistics, and clerical work. This also includes illegal alien data collection (fingerprints, DNA swabs, photos). They will not perform arrests or direct law enforcement.

The deployments were authorized under Title 32 Section 502F, allowing support to federal agencies while remaining under the control of governors, avoiding Posse Comitatus restrictions.

"We understood ICE's needs at that time to be more administrative in nature…as planning continued, working with our partners, it became clear more that ICE needed something different," a U.S. defense official told FOX, adding, "As you can imagine and appreciate, some of those start to get close to that law enforcement line. So it's best that these people are in a Title 32 status so that we are absolutely staying within the law of what we're doing and providing the appropriate support."

Fewer than 2% of the authorized forces have mobilized so far. States like Virginia will begin training in late August for the September deployment.

This comes as 2,000 Guard troops work to restore law and order in crime-ridden Washington, D.C., after years of failed Democratic leadership that defunded police and left an alarming police officer deficit, fueling a violent crime wave across the nation's capital. For law-abiding citizens, the situation had become completely unacceptable, with many canceling trips to D.C. over safety concerns.

Theft, Murder, Lies, And Government Ethics: Why Do We Live In A Two-Faced World?

It's a generally held belief that lying, theft, and murder are wrong. People recognize this on the individual level, so why does the state get a pass when they violate these same principles?

Most people accept the moral prohibitions on lying, murdering, and stealing in their personal lives as well as in their business affairs. Why, then, does government—which is run by people—get a pass? Is ethics irrelevant in government affairs?

The answer is yes, because there is no one to hold the government accountable. By its nature as a state, it is above accountability. As Rothbard elaborately explained, the state is a criminal gang writ large, an organization not subject to its laws because of its monopoly of violence. Jefferson’s notion of binding men down by the chains of the Constitution was easily broken by government intrigue.

Blame for the absence of government morals is sometimes laid on a loss of religious faith among citizens and the ones they elect. But a Pew Research Religious Landscape Study (RLS), conducted in 2007, 2014, and 2023-24, revealed an overwhelming majority of Christians and non-Christians alike regard theft, murder, and lying as violations of honest living. They may have lost their faith in a higher power, but their professed morals were unshaken.

If no one punished a person for stealing, he might be tempted to try it. But, due perhaps to a nagging conscience, most people would still feel the need to justify the theft. Since most ethical creeds censure actions taken in self-interest while praising actions taken for others, a thief can bathe in ethical sunlight if he can show he acted for someone other than himself. Pushed consistently, the government becomes a welfare state.

The American state—founded inconsistently on laissez-faire—became wealthier than other governments because it presided over an economy that was allowed to flourish to historical highs, but then pulled off a coup in 1913 with the passage of the 16th amendment and the Federal Reserve Act—each a major theft-enabling expansion of power. The income tax had the “virtue” of “soaking the rich,” which it did initially with the War Revenue Act of 1917, but later—in combination with the Fed’s confiscatory monetary policy—led to the decline of the middle class and to a seemingly omnipresent government.

After a UN hunger monitor on Friday declared for the first time that famine had struck northern Gaza, Israel vehemently denied the reports as “lies” and “modern blood libel,” and the United States appeared to dismiss the declaration as part of a “false narrative of deliberate mass starvation” from Hamas.

Earlier Friday, the United Nations Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) system officially declared a famine in parts of the Gaza Strip, saying that an estimated 514,000 people — or nearly a quarter of the enclave’s population — are experiencing famine, and that number is expected to rise to 641,000 by the end of September.

The IPC report stated that data analyzed between July 1 and August 15 showed clear evidence that thresholds for starvation and acute malnutrition have been reached. Gathering data for mortality has been harder, the monitor acknowledged, but said it was reasonable to conclude from the evidence that the necessary threshold has likely been reached.

Israel swiftly denied the report, saying that the IPC relies on Hamas sources and accused the system of having “twisted its own rules” in declaring a famine.

In a statement later Friday, the Prime Minister’s Office called the IPC famine declaration an “outright lie” and “modern blood libel.”

“Israel does not have a policy of starvation. Israel has a policy of preventing starvation,” the PMO said.

The statement said the report by the IPC ignored Israel’s humanitarian efforts and failed to mention a drop in the prices of oil, sugar, salt, flour, yeast and chickpeas in Gaza that the PMO attributed to the entry of aid into the Strip. The source of the information on the prices is unclear.

Citing data from the Defense Ministry’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, the PMO said that Israel has facilitated the entry of millions of tons of aid into Gaza since war there was triggered by the Hamas onslaught of October 7, 2023.

The statement also said the controversial US- and Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, as well as NGOs facilitated by Israel, have served millions of warm meals to Gazans.

On the other hand, the PMO cited UN data as saying that in July, “of 1,012 aid trucks collected, only 10 reached warehouses; the rest were looted before distribution.” The PMO also accused the UN of having refused to deliver “hundreds of pallets of food” from the Kerem Shalom Crossing.

The PMO did concede there had been “temporary shortages” of aid in Gaza “which Israel overcame with airdrops, maritime deliveries, safe transport routes and GHF distribution points manned by American companies,” but blamed the shortages on “Hamas’s systematic theft.”

The statement did not mention the 11-week aid blockade Israel imposed on the Strip following the collapse of the last ceasefire-hostage deal on March 2.

On May 29, 2025, Senate Judiciary Chairman @ChuckGrassley revealed that the FBI had been designating certain records “prohibited access” such that they would not appear during records searches. In other words, “prohibited access” files would have been hidden from FOIA requesters.

For the reasons set forth in the motion (URL below), there is good reason to believe Seth Rich and CrowdStrike records would have been designated “prohibited access.”

The day after Senator Grassley revealed the “prohibited access” feature, @FBIDDBongino revealed the existence of a previously-hidden evidence room at FBI headquarters, and he said records in that room had not been entered into FBI records systems. In other words, those records would also have been hidden from FOIA requesters.

Netanyahu ignored warnings before October 7, former IDF intel. chief says in recording - report

"It is not for the head of the Intelligence Directorate to decide whether he would meet with the prime minister," the report quoted Haliva in the recordings.

Former IDF Military Intelligence Directorate chief Aharon Haliva said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had no interest in listening to intelligence assessments, and also received and ignored warnings to better prepare for the possibility of war before October 7 occurred, according to additional leaked recordings released by Channel 12 on Friday night.

“In the past, it was common for the prime minister to meet with the head of the Intelligence Directorate once a week,” the report quoted Haliva as saying in the recordings. “Then it went down to once a month, then once every two months. By the end, meetings were only once every six months.”

He added that “it is not for the head of the Intelligence Directorate to decide whether he would meet with the prime minister.”

Haliva then noted his belief that Iran will become nuclear, the Channel 12 report added.

“If one day the state investigation committee opens the books on the last 20 years of our dealings with the nuclear issue and the money we invested there, building the barrier in Gaza will be peanuts compared to the billions invested there for nothing.”

Haliva then noted his uncertainty in whether Israel made the correct decision to strike the Islamic Republic in its Operation Rising Lion (also known as the 12-Day War, June 13-24, 2025).

“I don’t know what should have been done. I’m not going into the analysis now, but [US President Donald] Trump should not have been pressured to withdraw from the nuclear deal.”

Haliva then claimed that four days into the Israel-Hamas War, on October 11, 2023, a heated debate took place between Netanyahu and then-defense minister Yoav Gallant, with the latter arguing that targets in Lebanon should have been struck at the very beginning of the war, which the prime minister later agreed to.

The additional recordings of Haliva came a week after the first leaked recordings of him were released, also by Channel 12, which included an incendiary remark by him about how “for every person killed on October 7 [by Hamas terrorists], 50 Palestinians need to die.”

He had also addressed last week a core intelligence failure on Israel’s part, saying, “One of the hardest problems before October 7 was the belief that intelligence was omnipotent. It is not just arrogance, it’s deeper.”

Netanyahu nurtured Hamas 'for years,' Avigdor Liberman charges

Liberman said that "time after time," Netanyahu prevented targeted strikes against Hamas leaders, which he claimed eventually led to his departure from the government.

"For years, Netanyahu nurtured Hamas, and today, we are all paying the price," said Yisrael Beytenu party leader Avigdor Liberman in a post on X/Twitter on Friday morning.

Liberman noted in his social media post that he opposed the prime minister on the release of slain Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and over 1,000 other terrorists in exchange for Gilad Schalit in 2011.

He continued to say that three years later, during Operation Protective Edge, he had prior demands to take over the Gaza Strip and defeat Hamas.

"Between 2016–2018, Netanyahu often ignored my warnings as defense minister," he added. "On December 21, 2016, I delivered him a detailed document in which I demanded a preemptive strike against the terror organization. I explicitly warned about Hamas’s intention to infiltrate Israeli territory with Nukhba forces, to seize communities, take hostages, and shake Israeli society."

Liberman said that "time after time," Netanyahu prevented targeted strikes against Hamas leaders, which he claimed other members of the security echelon could back up.

In late 2018, Liberman said that he had pushed for another operation to eliminate Hamas, but Netanyahu passed a ceasefire and pursued an “arrangement” policy with Qatar. The Yisrael Beytenu head claimed that this policy transferred thousands of dollars from Qatar to Hamas.

Liberman said that this caused him to resign as defense minister that year.

“The decision on a ceasefire with Hamas is a surrender to terror. You are buying quiet in the short term at the cost of severe harm to national security in the long term," he said during a press conference announcing his departure.

He then called for elections, stating that the next government would need to form a state commission of inquiry on the October 7 Massacre.

"There, all those responsible, Netanyahu first and foremost, will have to be held accountable. The citizens of Israel deserve to know the facts. We will not give up on this," he wrote.

Israeli Army Took Over Syrian Town Located 20 Kilometers Away From Damascus (Video)

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has entered the Syrian town of Rakhlah, located just 20 kilometers to the west of the capital of Damascus.

The deployment was reported on August 22 by Syrian activists, who also shared footage showing a convoy of Israeli Humvee vehicles and trucks moving near Rakhlah. By the next day, the same activists claimed that the town was under the complete control of the IDF.

Besides its close proximity to Damascus, Rakhlah overlooks the main highway linking the Syrian capital with Beirut, the capital of neighboring Lebanon. The town also overlooks much of Lebanon’s Beqaa Governorate, a stronghold of Hezbollah.

This is not the first time the IDF has entered Rakhlah. Last month, Israeli special forces landed from helicopters near the town and conducted a raid. However, the new deployment appears to be a part of a more elaborate operation meant to establish a lasting presence in the town.

The vast majority of Rakhlah’s population are Druze. An Israeli intervention stopped an attack by the forces of the Syrian Islamist-led Interim Government and allied tribes on Druze in the governorate of al-Suwayda, located to southeast of Damascus, last month.

Following the fall of the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad last December, took over the buffer zone adjacent to the Golan Heights in the southern governorate of al-Qunitra. It also demanded the complete demilitarization of southern Syria, and vowed to protect Druze there, citing its historic relations with its own Druze community.

Considering this context, the IDF is not expected to face any resistance from people in Rakhlah if it is indeed planning to establish a lasting presence there.

The IDF move came just days after Syria confirmed that its foreign minister held a rare meeting with an Israeli delegation in the French capital, Paris.

The state-run Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) said that Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani met with Israeli officials on August 19 to discuss “de-escalation and non-interference in Syria’s internal affairs, reaching understandings that support stability in the region, monitoring the ceasefire in al-Suwayda governorate, and reactivating the 1974 agreement.”

The meeting was seen as a major concession from the side from Syria’s Islamist rulers. Still, Israel didn’t acknowledge it at all.
