There is no "holding people responsible for their actions". Who made T hat shit up?
We hold people responsible to the law. If we held people on their actions, youd have people in a police state not acting out of fear they might offend, as opposed to someone proving i broke a law, not that you "did it" whatever "it" was that was suspicious and need investigated to clear a matter at your expense til you are released from detainment on suspicious acts.
