I didn't say he was, if you go back and read what I was talking about, I was talking about all the morans calling for him to be punished more severely because he's an illegal. There are people calling for the death penalty…. because he's an illegal alien.
No he can't be treated as an enemy combatant.
He would receive the same due process and punishment as an american citizen as our constitution guarantees, then he can be deported, but he can't be punished more severely.
Those who gave him a license unlawfully should be charged.
I will say, I'm FAR more concerned about the DOMESTIC enemies violating our rights, laws and constitution daily abusing, beating, locking up, or killing innocent people while boot lickers turn a blind eye than I am a single truck driver that made an extremely stupid decision (if it were real).
