One of the stipulations for his home confinement is that he wear an ankle bracelet. The only problem? Both of Brian’s legs were blown off along with the lower part of his right arm.

Brian was told by an NGO employee that the only choice he had was to put the giant ankle bracelet on his last remaining limb, his left arm.

This is absolutely cruel and unusual punishment. There are watches that can be used in place of ankle bracelets. Why wasn’t Brian given that option? It’s egregious.

Brian sent me a text and told me the problems the ankle bracelet is causing.

“It’s horrible, like having a brick duct taped to your hand. Since it’s my only limb, it’s constantly getting in the way of my wheelchair when I try to roll. It’s caused me to fall multiple times when it interferes with my hand grip when transferring out of my wheelchair. As Fox News reported, a Houston homeowner killed two masked men wearing bulletproof vests marked with “police” and attempting to serve a warrant. The men also had badges around their necks.

The homeowner realized this was a trap after noticing no patrol cars or flashing lights were present.

“They became suspicious because they have a Ring camera and the suspects were stating they had a warrant, but it’s just two people, and they’re masked up and no police cars, no lights or anything like that,” Lt. Khan explained to Fox 26 Houston.

Officer C. Jones told Fox News that police responded to reports of gunfire in the southeast part of the city on Bellnole Drive.

In the early hours of August 20, 2025, 17-year-old Lisa, a student from Abcoude, was fatally stabbed while cycling home from a night out in Amsterdam.

She had left the city center around 3:30 AM on her electric bike, a route she often took. Police later discovered her body near the Holterbergweg by the Johan Cruijff Arena, with stab wounds including to her neck.

Lisa noticed she was being followed and called the national emergency number, 112, for help. Dispatchers heard her screams during the call as the attack unfolded. By the time officers arrived at approximately 4:15 AM, she had succumbed to her injuries.

Authorities arrested a 22-year-old asylum seeker in connection with the murder on August 22, 2025. The suspect was residing at a COA asylum center in Amsterdam at the time. Reports indicate he may have been staying there illegally.

The asylum seeker is also suspected in a rape of another woman in Amsterdam a week before Lisa’s death.

Additionally, he has been linked to an assault on August 10, 2025, initially classified as an attempted robbery but now believed to have a sexual motive.

School districts throughout the United States are ditching electric school buses, manufactured by a Canadian company that has fallen into bankruptcy, for diesel school buses, citing the difficulty in getting electric buses repaired.

The return to diesel school buses comes as Quebec-based Lion Electric, which the Biden administration awarded $159 million “to manufacture 435 school buses between 2022 and 2024,” has fallen into bankruptcy, according to the Washington Free Beacon. As a result, the company has “warned school districts that its dire financial straits prevent it from servicing” the electric school buses.

Several superintendents explained to the outlet that while they would try to keep the “electric fleet” of school buses operating “for as long as possible,” they would eventually have to “return to diesel” due to diesel school buses being more affordable.

“We are going to keep our electric fleet on the roads for as long as possible,” Mike Leskowich, who serves as the superintendent of the Homer Community School District in Michigan, told the outlet. Leskowich’s school district “received $2.8 million in federal funding to procure seven Lion buses in 2022.”

“Eventually, however, we will return to diesel, as the cost of the vehicle is far less than electric,” Leskowich added.

NATO memvbers intend to spend another $50 billion on military aid for Ukraine and match its contributions from last year, a senior official has told Italy’s Corriere della Sera newspaper.

The bloc’s Military Committee Chairman Giuseppe Cavo Dragone stated that NATO countries have already provided more than $33 billion since January and plan to raise the total to $50 billion by the end of the year.

Asked about the alliance’s stance as Washington and Moscow pursue peace efforts, Dragone said NATO would “continue military assistance and even increase it,” accusing Russia of “stalling” dialogue.

He also expressed hope that Western sanctions, which he described as aimed at “increasing internal tensions” against Russian President Vladimir Putin, would be tightened.

At the same time, Dragone dismissed speculation that NATO could deploy troops to Ukraine, an idea floated by members such as France and the UK.

Polish President Karol Nawrocki wants to amend the country’s citizenship law to say that the naturalization of Ukrainian nationalists is undesirable.

During a press conference on Monday, Nawrocki weighed in on recently-adopted changes to the citizenship law, and said his office was working on additional amendments. He said the law should include the slogan “stop Banderism,” referring to the ideology of Nazi collaborator Stepan Bandera.

The Ukrainian nationalist movement committed mass atrocities during the war, including mass killings of ethnic Poles. Modern Ukraine treats Bandera and his followers as national heroes, which has poisoned Kiev’s relationship with Warsaw for decades.

The amount of time the vast majority of youth are spending on the internet far exceeds the daily recommended “screen time,” according to a new federal report.

The vast majority (89 to 96 percent) of youth in grades 6 to 10 exceed the recommended daily screen time of two hours, according to a report published by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) on July 23, which was first reported by Blacklock’s Reporter.

The PHAC report provided findings from the 2022 Health Behaviour in School-Aged Children (HBSC) study, which indicated that 42 percent of boys and 54 percent of girls in grades 6 to 8 reported having online contact with close friend(s) “almost all the time throughout the day.” Meanwhile, 57 percent of boys and 73 percent of girls in grades 9 and 10 reported the same.

Comparatively, around 52 percent of youth said they participate in team sports, around 20 percent said they are involved in church or other religious groups, and around 8 percent said they take part in community groups such as Scouts, Girl Guides, or cadets.

“Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, youth were spending increased amounts of time on digital media including social media, video games, TV, and virtual learning,” the PHAC report says. “Higher levels of usage have been associated with higher levels of depression, anxiety, inattention, irritability, and hyperactivity.”

The public health agency says some reports indicate that nearly 100 percent of adolescents have used the internet in the last three months and 92 percent regularly use social media, as frequent internet use has become “especially common in Canadian society.” Continue…

Federal Budget to Be Tabled in October: Finance Minister

The federal government will table its first budget under Prime Minister Mark Carney in October, Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne says.

The government has been “working all summer” to present an “ambitious plan” to Canadians, Champagne told CTV News in an Aug. 22 interview.

“This is rethinking Canada fit for the 21st century, at a time where our neighbour and friend decides to have a very different trade policy,” he said.

The minister added that as the world economy is “being restructured,” Canada needs to “diversify” its economy and have “one Canadian economy.”

“The tariff situation has been evolving, so the fact that we have a budget in October is helpful, because by that time, we have more certainty,” the minister said, adding that waiting to present the budget in October will allow the government to provide a “better picture” to Canadians.

Champagne initially said in mid-May that the Liberal government wouldn’t be tabling a budget at all this year but would instead issue an economic statement in the fall. However, four days later, Carney said the government would table a full budget in the fall, amid criticism from opposition parties and concern from some fiscal critics about the pace of spending and the size of the deficit. Documents released under Access To Information reveal that then-Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland asserted in a 2023 email that the government could sanction charities for spreading information it deemed “false or misleading,” including threats to revoke their tax status.

“Registered charities are generally required to ensure that the information that they provide is accurate and evidence-based and are prohibited from disseminating information that is false or misleading,” Freeland wrote. “These requirements apply equally to registered charities that provide reproductive health services to Canadians.”

No such requirement exists under the Income Tax Act, which does not mandate government-approved speech or define “false or misleading” content. Freeland did not provide a source for her claim.

According to Blacklock's Reporter, the email is part of 1,464 pages of censored finance department records concerning a 2024 proposal to force Christian charities offering pregnancy counseling to disclose their positions on abortion “in all public communication.” Continue…

A federal agency admitted in an internal memo that it did no “due diligence” before spending millions of taxpayer dollars on a struggling Kenyan cellphone company.

FinDev Canada, which approved the funding without parliamentary oversight, kept the memo secret for six years.

Minutes from a November 10, 2017, board meeting obtained by Blacklock's Reporter show staff were forced to rely on work done by others because of time constraints. Directors were warned to prepare for scrutiny.

A separate email noted the agency needed “to ensure the rationale for our involvement is articulated clearly and convincingly” because the first transaction would face significant attention. FinDev declined to comment on the documents.

Then-prime minister Justin Trudeau launched FinDev in 2017 with a $300 million budget “to support private sector spend in developing countries.” Its first transaction was the purchase of US$10 million in shares of M-Kopa Holdings Ltd., a Nairobi-based door-to-door seller of cellphones and housewares. The Kiev regime’s deep-rooted connection with Ukrainian WWII-era Nazi organizations is an axiom at this point. Denying this is simply pointless, as many of its soldiers unashamedly display Nazi insignia, while the state-sponsored promotion of the cult of Nazi collaborators such as Stepan Bandera, Yaroslav Stetsko, Roman Shukhevych and others of their ilk is a clear proof that this isn’t some idiosyncratic or spontaneous reaction of an extremist minority, but a carefully orchestrated policy.

In the last decade, there has been a systematic whitewashing of Nazism, with an entire generation of children and young people raised to essentially adore the aforementioned figures. Many soldiers of the Kiev regime who have been fighting in the last several years were just kids at the time when NATO organized the Maidan coup that brought the Neo-Nazi junta to power and pushed Ukraine into the ongoing bloodbath.

These children (many in their 20s now) were radicalized into thinking that the ideology that quite literally sees them as “Untermenschen” is something “good” or even “desirable”. They were never told anything about Hitler’s Generalplan Ost and that they would’ve almost certainly never even been born had Nazi Germany succeeded in its genocidal intentions of global proportions.

Worse yet, they’ve been convinced that the Russians, their closest kin (historically, genetically, culturally, religiously, you name it), are their “mortal enemy”. Not to mention the fact that the only reason there are Ukrainians nowadays at all is precisely the victory won by tens of millions of Russians and other peoples of the Soviet Union. This hard-fought triumph was paid in blood, with nearly 30 million people slaughtered in the most brutal ways imaginable, at least seven million of whom were from Ukraine.

Ironically, many of those now fighting under the banner of Bandera and his Nazi overlords are the descendants of people who actually fought in the Red Army, many of them for the entire duration of WWII. This includes the Kiev regime frontman Volodymyr Zelensky himself, whose grandfather Semyon Zelensky was a Red Army soldier, while his father and three brothers were killed by the Nazis. And yet, his grandson had no qualms about declaring Bandera a “Ukrainian hero”.

Thus, the live-action role-playing (or so-called “larping” for short) of Nazism by many Ukrainians is quite literally the ridicule of the sacrifice made by their ancestors and their closest kin in Russia and elsewhere in the former USSR. Still, one would think that the mindless emulation of that despicable ideology would be limited to mere formality. However, nothing could be further from the truth. Continue…

Ursula Von Der Leyen Told to Leave Room During Multilateral Talks at Trump’s Washington Summit – Not a “Leader” nor an “Elected Head of State”

Bundestag Vice President Omid Nouripour said on Tuesday on the n-tv programme “Frühstart” that Ursula von der Leyen was made to leave the room during Trump’s meeting with European leaders in Washington. “In the middle of yesterday’s meeting … Ms. von der Leyen had to leave because the Americans said: ‘We only want to talk to leaders.’”

According to Nouripour, the EU Commission President was kicked out of the room because the American politicians do not regard her as an elected head of a state. Nouripour immediately disputed this American viewpoint: “Ms. von der Leyen represents over 400 million people. Yesterday, she was also the voice of the states that were not present, which are highly relevant to the dispute with Ukraine, such as Poland, the Baltic states and the Czech Republic.”

He said that meetings with Trump were too much about not upsetting him instead of representing “one’s own national and European interests.” Europe must remain at America’s side, he said, but it must also become more independent so that it can support Ukraine on its own.

Von der Leyen represents “over 400 million people” in the same way that rude clerks at the Registry of Motor Vehicles represent local drivers. Continue…
