No, violating peoples right to burn that flag is attacking the constitution and what it stands for. You know that though.

Trump has immunity for "official acts", like "baiting" domestic enemies who think the flag is more important than what it stands for.

Many claim to love freedom, they even think they do, but they hate it with an absolute passion. What they want and love is a dictator, a king, that likes and dislikes all the same things as them. If they agree with it/like it, everyone should be "free" to do it, but if they don't agree with it/like it it should be illegal! And, even if it's not illegal it should be and you still can't do it because they said so!

You know your opinions mean nothing to well established rights correct? You know if you were "baited" into playing a part, you do not have immunity.

Some might want to pay attention to the "red sea" being parted.

He sure got domestic enemies to show themselves though didn't he? Frothing at the mouth to violate right because they have no concept of freedom and what that flag represents.

Burning a flag is not arson. Your feelings are not law, but you know that.

Remember, those playing parts have no immunity in this movie. You catch fish with bait.
