Just finished an exhaustive dig using AI to find the best place to live for me based on at least 40 different metrics.

As it turns out, the best place for me is in this state, this metro area, this area of the metro area, this particular town/geo area, and in this neighborhood….that I bought into in 2018.

I feel pretty good about that!
