🤔 Cleared cookies and cache Mozilla, tried Brave, qalerts giving 403 Forbidden error.

I'm at a loss, using new 2024 Mac M4 computer, Mozilla & a VPN. Not a computer wiz, but also not a complete novice. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Have no problems accessing QR or other sites except qresear.ch, and https://qalerts.pub/.

Assuming it is a local setting then?
