The Networks were off the hook since it has fixed, subsequently, that they would no longer need to renew a license; only their local affiliates would.
Networks control affiliates and affiliates provide cover for the Broadcast networks.
Notice they say ' "Social Media Posts" deemed critical infrastructure', but without the compliance of the platforms they would've been no where?
How were the platforms made to comply?
