Where are the Indian staffing firms getting all the bribe money? Is it that lucrative skimming off the wages of the H1B's? Once a year, maybe. But every day?

Are the Indian contractors going to be held accountable?
Best and brightest huh? The standard seems to be the best bribe. Isn't this across state line and country borders slave commerce?
