Anon, i do appreciate your tenacity on this subject. I put many years into trying with all my heart to untangle this very big question to sort the good from the bad. However, we're dealing with something seriously deep inside the psychology of the general public and the pool of sorts that become LEOs. As far as i can tell, THIS is going to be the 'precipice' issue.
Take note how this Officer has ZERO response to statements of fact and logic being presented to him by the person being stopped. YET, he can respond in the blink of an eye when asked specifically to 'go free', the Officer INSTANTLY repeats the falsehood and LIE. It is the most commonly repeated 'tick' in 99% of 'bad cop' documentations. It sure looks like Cops and LEOs are being hired/screened FOR this disturbing characteristic. Normal honest people do NOT act like that.
