In the 1990s black urban crime had become so prevalent the Democrats pushed for the Three Strikes Law. Violent black career criminals were removed from society and locked up for life. All the NGOs we now recognize as Marxist and anti-American howled over it being unfair to lock up so many blacks. Even though the blacks were the criminals. I remember First Lady Hillary speaking about the complaints of locking up the black criminals and how they had such hard lives. Hillary said "It doesn't matter how they got that way. They must be brought to heel." She was right. They must be brought to heel again. And never take our boot off the throat of these animals again.
