Yeah, it's brutal, but:
1) Many of the worst offenders actually have dicks. This is why they are so violent. (I think.) They are autogynophiles who get filled with "masculine" rage when normal people refuse to accomodate their fetishes. I suspect this sort actually does respond to genuine threats of pushback.
2) For those who have done the full self-mutilation for whatever "reason", there are now many who are working to help them. It seems like the MN shooter could have been helped, had he any real awareness of avenues to step off his destructive path. (I'm not excusing his moral turpitude, but he absolutely could have been helped.) Unfortunately, many "lost trannies" are totally unaware that options exist, and many jurisdictions have laws that suggest it is illegal to help them. These things can be fixed, such as by active promotion of "detransition" resources and perhaps federal legislation and/or executive orders nullifying local laws banning "conversion therapy" (aka telling the truth).
We need a "conversion therapy" case to the SC ASAP.

Unfortunately, we are also in a situation where some people simply have no grasp of the idea of any kind of objective morality. Well… actually I think they DO intuitively know it is there… but their mind is saying "screw it" I can do whatever I want.
There were points in my own life where I thought I should just end it… maybe via headon collision, but morality stopped that COLD. NO MATTER HOW fucked my life may be, I DO NOT have the right to end the lives of others. That worked for me and for that I am grateful. Apparently it hasn't worked for some, and that's not good.
