I like to imagine how to keep comms up when the internet has suppressed all dissent.

An idea is to use networks of publicly accessible wifis which are not connected to the internet to serve whatever truth bombs necessary.

Kind of like pirate radio but legal.

I miss local area BBS, that's another thing it could do.
