>has a problem with feeding the homeless.

Municipalities often have designated locations where such activities can take place. The side of the street may not have been an appropriate location in that community. Since communities of people elect representative and pass ordinances that their police must enforce, the public safety officer was simply expressing the will of the voters in that community.

Communities themselves get to decide where people are free to assemble. Some communities elect representatives and pass ordinances that establish zoning requirements, zoning prohibitions, areas of public assembly, and even 'free speech zones'. The Public Safety Officer was simply enforcing the will - expressed through local laws and ordinances - of the voters in that community.

>We are not a democracy.

Indeed. The US Constitution gives the people the authority to elect representatives who propose legislation and enact ordinances that legally and Constitutionally limit the distribution points where social media influencers can record themselves providing food to the homeless. Those elected representatives can also propose, support, and fund law enforcement agencies and officers who enforce the laws and ordinances of the community of voters who elected those representatives. In this instance the Public Safety Officer was simply enforcing the will of the community as expressed in legal ordinances.

>the cop ordered them to stop and leave.

Appropriately so. The law enforcement officer is employed and empowered by the town, city, municipality, or county to enforce local ordinances. Good luck arguing Constitutional issues invalidate local ordinances. There are wins, but they are rare.

>Yes I know, I post videos here of domestic enemies blatantly violating rights all the time.

Many Anons understand that this is a representative republic established by the US Constitution and that our elected representatives have passed laws and ordinances that empower law enforcement officers and judges to enforce those laws and ordinances. Performing those tasks on behalf of the represented republic or community does not make a judge or law enforcement officer a domestic enemy. Although there are human flaws present in all human systems, the Constitutional legitimacy of local ordinances, laws, and actions are deemed legitimate unless overturned in the judicial system.

Please be sure to repeat that exact line to law enforcement during your next encounter. Tell them you are travelling, not driving. Refuse the lawful requests to provide an ID. Be sure to call the judge a domestic enemy, as well. We'll be watching for your video and subsequent trial results. If you let us know when you get there we'll all contribute to your commissary fund.

>I love when POTUS talk directly to this board.

It is our hope that this message reaches enough people to make a meaningful impact. We cannot yet telegraph this message through normal methods for reasons Iโ€™m sure everyone here can understand. Follow the questions from the previous thread(s) and remain calm, the primary targets are within DC and remain at the top (on both sides). The spill over in the streets will be quickly shut down. Look for more false flags โ€“ stay alert, be vigilant, and above all, please pray.
