I watched this car chase live on KCAL last night. After the accident the perp got out and went running. With no shoes on. He was running thru a field like he had shoes on with no pain or even wincing, but he was barefoot. THen he climbed an 8 ft chain link fence with razor wire on top and it was like it was nothing, boom, he was over. Then running again with no shoes on like it was nothing.
He was an Asian guy. I was thinking he must be chynese army or something.
It was at the intersection of PCH and Kanan Dume Rd.
