Sorry, no place on Mt. Rushmore. The granite is full of faults and will not support another carving. Jefferson's face was originally on the West (left) front but the rock was too faulted. So Borglum blasted it off and tucked him back in behind Roosevelt. The East end has been sloughing granite slabs for decades.
The Hall of Records behind the faces would be a great place to complete and memorialize Trump and our nations greatness. He is of far too much a magnitude force to be bunched with others. His monument will stand alone.

Crazy Horse Monument is unique. It is on land bequeathed to Ziolkowski by the Lakota tribes. And they have never accepted ANY federal funding. Korzcak started the carving by hand while living in a canvas tent on the site and working with volunteers. In his 40s he married a 19 yr old volunteer and six of their 10 children were born in that tent. One son and one daughter are now working on the carving. They opened a Native American Cultural Studies Center on the property decades ago. The museum is fascinating. And never one thin dime of federal funding.
