Pushing a narrative I said they target woman they can exploit to do things to people and act out this way. This is then done in this aspect I been experiencing a bit of this. Aka woman I do not know so on that try to walk in front of you and not move or get in your way.
Or is like Maxine Waters says “get in their way”
This is all their plan and what they are being instructed to do by people in this aspect and they fallow it.
