Like Sparkle, after they lost the 2024 election, Biden and Senate Democrats also jammed through in the lame-duck session DC Biden Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali.
He's still a foreign citizen, like Sparkle.

In one of his first judicial acts, Ali ordered Trump to send out $2 billion in foreign aid without doing a national-security review, for example, to ensure America isn't funding Hamas terrorists under the guise of "humanitarian aid" to Gaza.
Both Sparkle and Ali are radical leftists, with dual loyalties.
It's hard to imagine how either would even get a security clearance.
Now they are both on the crucial DC U.S. District Court for the rest of their lives.
