Russia takes physical possession of gold which is critical.

Anon opinion - Russia, China and others are de-dollarizing. Insulating themselves from a potential dollar crisis and setting themselves up for an asset (gold) currency system that would replace the dollar. Today, the US sells treasuries a very low interest rates due to FED monetary policy. This has allowed the economy to grow and the stock market to remain inflated. In the future, there is a risk that the FED will have to raise interest rates due to inflation or because the Treasury Department will not be able to sell Treasuries at current levels.

This is probably all part of the plan

People that study the cabal and their actions believe that they work in broad stroke, multi-decade plans. The shift of manufacturing from the West to China would be an example of that. They know it's happening and place bets. They would now be following through with that and preparing their investments for a dollar crisis. They take actions before the rest of the market knows what's going on and benefit in a rising market and a falling market.

Russia moving out of Treasuries and into Gold has been going on for several years. It seems that this phase of the plan is complete.
