All courts are for domestic issues only, they have no authority over international contracts, only the POTUS has that authority to negotiate contracts with foreign entities. If they courts obstruct justice in these cases, they should be charged with the RICO racketeering act for Treason for aiding and abetting foreign entities. No need to bring it to court, just haul them off to Gitmo and let's get this house cleaned.
