BREAKING: Appeals Court EXCORIATES Obama Judge Chutkan, Sides with Trump Administration, Axes Billions of Dollars in Biden-Era Climate Grants

A federal appeals court on Tuesday delivered a huge blow to Obama-appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan and sided with the Trump Administration by axing billions of dollars in Biden-era climate grants.

Earlier this year US District Judge Tanya Chutkan, an Obama appointee, granted an injunction against the EPAand barred Lee Zeldin from clawing back the moneythat was being sheltered at Citibank for 8 different ‘green’ nonprofits.Lee Zeldin previously clawed back the $20 billion in grants under the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) and Citibank agreed to freezing the funds earmarked for the eight nonprofits.

According to AP, themoney was awarded to “Coalition for Green Capital, Climate United Fund, Power Forward Communities, Opportunity Finance Network, Inclusive and the Justice Climate Fund.”

The $20 billion sitting at Citibank was ordered by Judge Chutkan to be unfrozen by Thursdayand disbursed to the 8 nonprofits. The Trump Administration immediately appealed the judge’s decision.

On Tuesday, athree-judge panel sided with Trump’s EPA in a 2-1 decision. The three-judge panel included: Majority: Rao (Trump), Katsas (Trump) and dissent: Pillard (Obama). Judge Rao wrote the majority opinion and absolutely excoriated Judge Chutkan.

“We conclude the district court abused its discretion in issuing the injunction. The grantees are not likely to succeed on the merits because their claims are essentially contractual, andtherefore jurisdiction lies exclusively in the Court of Federal Claims. And while the district court had jurisdiction over the grantees’ constitutional claim, that claim is meritless.

Moreover,the equities strongly favor the government, which on behalf of the public must ensure the proper oversight and management ofthis multi-billion-dollar fund. Accordingly,we vacate the injunction,” Judge Rao wrote for the majority opinion.

Lee Zeldin terminated the grants after an EPA advisor was exposed in a Project Veritas undercover video admitting that the agency rushed to allocate billions of taxpayer dollars to climate change initiatives just before President Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Project Veritas caught Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Advisor Brent Efron on undercover video admitting there is an “insurance policy” against President Trump.

“It was an insurance policy against Trump winning,”Brent Efron told Project Veritas undercover journalist.

“Get the money out as fast as possible before they [Trump Administration] come in … it’s like we’re on the Titanic and we’re throwing gold bars off the edge,” Efron said.

When the news of Matthew Webler’s death hit the J6 community a few weeks ago, it was devastating to hear. Just a couple of days ago, the community came to know what actually happened with Matthew.In just 9 months, there have been three deaths of pardoned J6ers. Matthew Huttle, Bart Shively, and now Matthew Webler. The trauma and pain that all of these men suffered both in the last several years of their lives and in their deaths need not be repeated by any more people.

Many are asking where is President Trump? Why has there been no investigation into the J6 Fedsurrection?Why are the DOJ and FBI still filled with loyalist to the Biden Regime?Why are there still 12 J6ers without pardons? When are these people going to be made whole? How many more need to die?

God help us! Give us guidance and understanding. Most of the population have no idea of the horrors and heartbreaks that the J6 community and their friends and family have had to endure. Unimaginable nightmares that shake you to your core and bring you to your knees asking for God’s mercy.

On August 9, 2025, Matthew “Qrumb” Webler, sadly took his own life. The abuse of power that the Federal Government did to him contributed to his untimely death. While Matthew was extremely proud and thrilled with the Pardon that he received from President Trump, it was not enough to combat the destruction that going to the capital on January 6, 2021, caused to his personal life.

I befriended Matthew while he was in FCI Edgefield, SC.

On January 19, 2025, I received a phone call from Matthew. He expressed excitement for the pardon and hope for freedom; then he burst into tears with me on the phone, the reality of coming back home, back to freedom without his family was deeply upsetting to him. He was excited, hopeful, and crushed all at the same time.Sobbing uncontrollably, he told me, “How, how can I go back home? Home is not what it was before I was arrested! My family is gone!”

Here are sections of a letter I received from Matthew on February 22, 2023. Through Matt’s own words, you can hear his story, his pain, and his heartache.:“First if all, I never in a million years expected that I would be held without bond. My ability to properly fight the case was completely handcuffed when that happened. Secondly in my first real conversation with my counsel his words mirrored past words from President Trump.

“The system is rigged against us”. Especially here in the 11th circuit. The rulings have been made in such a way that we can’t even fight gun laws!! Imagine how I felt when I heard that I couldn’t even attempt a fight. I was in complete shock.

Then about 2-weeks into my being kidnapped on a Saturday morning, I received a hysterical call from my wife informing me that at 2 am. The police and DFACS (Department of Family and Children Services) came with a removal order and took our newborn Zayne from us. The removal order claimed “neglect”. My wife and I had been married a little more than 4 ½ years at this point. We had been together for nearly 12. My wife has physical issues that prevent her from ever getting pregnant. We had resigned ourselves to being a childless couple. Adoption wasn’t an option we considered because we never thought we had the means.

Putin envoy names two global powers for joint projects in Arctic

Russia sees shared investments in the region as both economically and politically beneficial, Kirill Dmitriev has said

Russia views both the US and China as potential partners for future oil and gas projects in the Arctic and would consider three-way investment opportunities, according to Kirill Dmitriev, President Vladimir Putin’s aide on international economic affairs.

Moscow and Beijing already cooperate closely on state-sponsored economic initiatives. China has invested more than 700 billion rubles ($8.7 billion) in over 50 projects facilitated by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Dmitriev, its CEO, told reporters on Tuesday in Beijing.

Dmitriev has played a central role in normalization efforts with Washington since US President Donald Trump took office in January. He argues that joint ventures, particularly in the energy-rich and largely untapped Arctic, would offer significant economic benefits, should the two nations overcome their differences.

“Russo-Chinese projects are happening right now.Russo-American projects happened in the past and have the potential to happen in the future,” Dmitriev said, when asked about Russia’s positioning relative to the two rival superpowers.

“Russia is considering potential Russo-Sino-American opportunities, including in the Arctic and in the energy industry,” he added. “Investors could gain value by joining forces. Also, joint-investment can serve as a stabilizing element for future political interactions.”

Successive US presidents have branded China a primary geopolitical rival. Trump administration officials have accused previous governments of driving Moscow closer to Beijing by backing Kiev.

Russia and China describe their partnership as a long-standing strategic choice grounded in shared values.
