If you don't speak you can't object.

The so called morons did not fall for it.

They agree to it.

The Constitution is only a subset of law.

It derives it power from the states, which also have their set of laws.

You are always under some state, county, or cities jurisdiction and laws. Even if you decide to live alone in the woods.

You don't get to decide which laws to follow unless you intend to be an outlaw.

You only get to decide where you want to live and follow those laws.

Your argument is specious and the morons that swallow it will suffer.

That's on you.

The constitution is just one level of law.

It's limits are defined by the judicial system.

Not you.

This is stated clearly in the constitution.

Remedy for imagined transgressions relies on the control of these systems by the populous at large.

You are in their house and on their property.

The will to amend is equal to the will to create it in the first place.

And it was meant to be that way.

The immunity they have tried to claim is mainly from common law crimes.

Theft and murder.

Things the public can understand.

That's where they will be hit.

Which is why Trump always mentions Capone.

No one is untouchable.

The people are paramount.

One has to live among them and acquiesce to some degree to live and survive.

Or they will in mass turn against the individual. Legally or otherwise.

In which case it does not matter if you are right or wrong.

The law is what the people let exist.

There is no being alone on this planet.

Everyone else is right there with you.

And so is their personal and collective will and power.

The law is what emanates from them, past and present.

The constitution is in reality just our main contract between each other.

There is tyranny against one, and then there is just being a passive aggressive asshole toward your neighbors.

Which is really no different than being a Karen.

How you may see your self is as some gallant knight standing up for justice for all.

What others may see is someone arguing about coupons and the sale price in line at the supermarket.

The tyranny of the passive aggressive Karen who thinks they are right.
