for the subject / target of learning:

identify the 3 principles

recognized by: if any one of the three were removed the subject would cease to exist or become something else entirely. (this could also be visualized as the three axis chordinate sytem of x,y,z for expression).

obtain examples

for each of 3 principles find three distinct examples of use / expression.

repetition

mentally and/or physically practice the 3 examples for each of the 3 principles for 3-30 days.

expand (optional)

through repetition applied to any examples of use / expression that curiosity may be drawn to.
