The cop did absolutely nothing wrong in that video. Very professional. The ditzy girl on the other hand, failed repeatedly to do what the cop asked for. Had she provided her ID, and been polite, she would have gotten her ticket, and sent on her way.

That's not what that anon said, and you know it. The officer made a legal request, and informed her that it was a traffic stop and why she was being stopped. In that case she must provide her license, insurance, and registration. it's not unreasonable for the officer to ask for this in this case.
If they just walk up to you on the street and demand to see your ID, that's an entirely different situation, in which case you aren't required to show them your ID.
