Yep constant. I'm not sure what type of weapon system they have but it can do more than just tinnitus. Muscle twitches, dreams, etc. They were hitting me hard for a long time.
The targeting has eased dramatically in the past month but they still hit me with small things to let me know they're still there. I just hope eventually these guys are shut down and not able to target anyone else.
