Another person posted: Censorship waives the neutral platform (ISP) safe harbor, it becomes a publisher selectively endorsing content, makes TWTR liable for every pedo, terrorist, etc. that wasn’t censored.

Another person asked if directors lose director and officer liability insurance coverage if they fail to correct company wrongdoing they are informed of. Personal liability is a strong incentive to make things right in any organization.
