Well, I think you can be rest assured that they aren't hiding images inside images. Just messages inside images. That's what Q was saying, at least.
White Hats and Black Hats have both been passing info to/from using images with hidden messages. If you've save images to your harddrive, then you're safe. You don't know what you don't know, and prosecution is based on intent.

It started after the Fed was reinstated until Wilson. It was part of the plan to take the US over again. Why do you think POTUS has a picture of Andrew Jackson in the Oval Office? What did he do to the Fed back then?
There's the "supposed to be" and the "how it works". For example:

States have credit ratings, just like the federal government, people, corporations, etc. Before they even get started, they are already enslaved, financially, to the system that lends them money (Fed through congress).
