DOJ Deputy Chief Joseph Schnitt Immediately Releases Statement Following OMG Bombshell Video — Denies Allegations, Claims He Was Targeted on Dating App by Undercover Reporter
“They’ll [DOJ] redact every Republican or conservative person in those files, leave all the liberal, Democratic people in those files, and have a very slanted version of it come out… without really seeing any of their bad behavior,” admitted Joseph Schnitt, Acting Deputy Chief at the Office of Enforcement Operations for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), on hidden camera to an undercover OMG journalist. Schnitt confirmed that the government is in possession of an extensive trove of Epstein-related documents but warned that any release would be politically manipulated.
Schnitt admitted that “There’s thousands and thousands of page-open files,” and further described how the department would handle disclosure of the material: “If they’re released in any way, it’s going to be very redacted.”
He further revealed new information regarding Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell. “She got transferred to a minimum security prison,” Schnitt said, despite her conviction as a sex offender. “It’s against BOP policy because she’s a convicted sex offender. And they’re not supposed to get minimum security prisons, which is an interesting detail because she’s getting a benefit, which means they’re offering her something to keep her mouth shut.”
Schnitt also revealed internal conflict within federal law enforcement over the release of said files. “The head of FBI [Kash Patel] really wants to… second-in-command [Dan Bongino] at FBI has been causing problems, because he’s like, ‘No, these [Epstein Files] have to be released.’ He added, “The FBI wants them out. The top two guys that will do it. But they work for Bondi, so… Bondi wants whatever Trump wants. Internally there’s a lot of conflict.”
Despite public assurances that the government has been transparent, Schnitt admitted that nothing substantive has been revealed: “Whatever they’ve released has already been publicly released anyway, so they haven’t released anything new. Even though they were the ones that were claiming that they were going to release everything.”
Within hours, the Department of Justice struck back, distancing itself from Schnitt’s comments. In a statement to OMG, DOJ said Schnitt “had no role in the Department’s internal review of Epstein materials,” and insisted his comments were “based only on what he learned in the media” and had “absolutely zero bearing with reality.”

In a follow-up letter to his superior, Acting Director Jeffrey Pollak, Schnitt insisted he had been targeted on a dating app by a woman he did not know was a journalist, and stressed that he never discussed DOJ work but only repeated what was already reported in the press.
“I met a woman named Skylar on Hinge, a dating app, in July 2025, her profile is no longer findable. We had two dates (August 4 and August 16). She claimed to be an au pair in Georgetown. She gave no clues that she was a reporter or recording our dates. Had I a clue, the first date would have ended immediately and there never would have been a second one.
My profile indicated I did “Government” work but did not specify for which agency. I never discussed what do at DOJ.
The comments I made were my own personal comments on what l’ve learned in the media and not from anything l’ve done at or learned via work. I have no knowledge of the circumstances surrounding Ms.

Kremlin Blasts 'Unacceptable' Western Plan For Ukraine Security Guarantees
After earlier this week European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen boasted to The Financial Times that the European Union had "pretty precise plans" for deploying a multinational force to Ukraine, and which is backstopped by the Untied States, the Kremlin has made clear it has flatly rejected such a prospect.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Wednesday that Moscow would not even discuss or entertain in any way deployment of foreign troops in Ukraine as part of a future peace deal. There will be no international post-conflict security force "in any format" - she made clear.
"Russia is not going to discuss the fundamentally unacceptable and security-undermining foreign intervention in Ukraine in any form, in any format," Zakharova told reporters on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok.
Suggesting that it's entirely a waste of time for the West to be talking about such a topic, she said "next time they aim to discuss this topic, they should have a pointer in the form of Russia’s position."
"Judging by Ukraine’s losses, the European Commission has simply outdone itself," Zakharova added, at a moment Russia's ground forces continue to make gains in the east, and even into the more central Dnipropetrovsk region.
And yet Europe is still forging ahead, with French President Emmanuel Macron hosting a summit of European leaders on Thursday. He declared, "We are ready, we the Europeans, to offer the security guarantees to Ukraine and Ukrainians the day that a peace (accord) is signed."
He called details of guarantees "extremely confidential" but indicated that the preparations had been complete. Various allied defense ministers will take up the issue in the Paris meeting on Thursday. But confidential or not, Russia has clearly already rejected whatever multinational force plan that the Western allies have on the table.
Moscow has consistently made clear its position, stretching back months or even over the last year, but this doesn't seem to have gotten through to Western capitals.
President Putin while speaking from Beijing Wednesday, after observing Xi's big military parade along with North Korea's Kim Jong Un, didn't sound like he's in a hurry to make compromises at the negotiating table.
He painted a picture of his troops having the clear battlefield momentum and upper-hand, describing that "Ukrainian combat-ready units are staffed at no more than 47-48%," in a speech. "Ukrainian military is constantly forced to redeploy units from one part of the front, to another," he said.
That's when he underscored that if the Ukraine conflict "cannot be resolved peacefully, Russia will be forced to achieve its objectives by military means."

University Of California Illegal Immigrant Hiring Ban Is "Discriminatory", Court Rules
The University of California system is discriminating against illegal immigrant students by refusing to hire them for on-campus jobs, a state court ruled.
However, immigration experts criticized the decision, with one calling it a “mockery of the law.”
The ruling last month found the university system violated a state law which prohibits discrimination on the basis of immigration status. However, it did not require the universities to hire illegal immigrant students.
“We conclude that the University’s employment policy facially discriminates based on immigration status and that, in light of applicable state law, the discriminatory policy cannot be justified by the University’s proffered reason,” the three-judge panel of the California Court of Appeals ruled.
“Our writ does not require the University to take any specific action, let alone one that will necessarily place the University community at risk,” the opinion stated.
“The option the University identifies—a declaratory judgment suit against the federal government—is one that remains available to it in response to this writ,” the judges wrote. “We merely require that the University not rely on litigation risk alone as the justification for its facially discriminatory policy.”
The university argued it could not hire illegal immigrant students because it might invite legal action from the federal government. The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 prohibits employers from hiring illegal immigrants.
University of California Los Angeles’ Center for Immigration Law and Policy brought the lawsuit. The center previously has advocated for the University of California system to remove its prohibition on the hiring of illegal immigrants. Legal scholars Hiroshi Motomura and Ahilan Arulanantham argue the 1986 federal law does not specifically designate government entities as “employers.”
Neither responded to an emailed request for comment on the ruling in the past week. In 2024, the UC system disbanded a task force created to study the legality of hiring illegal immigrants, as reported by The Daily Bruin. In 2024, Gov. Gavin Newsom also vetoed legislation to allow for the hiring of illegal immigrants, citing potential legal problems.
The UC system also did not respond to a request for comment on Aug. 18.
A former attorney for the Department of Homeland Security said the University of California system would likely win a federal case if it argued the 1986 law applies to it. This is a proposal the university system brought up during litigation.

Satellite Photos Show Major Construction at Site Tied to Israel’s Secret Nuclear Weapons Program
Experts told AP that the construction could be part of a project to build more nuclear weapon
Satellite images show construction work on a major new facility at the nuclear site near Dimona, Israel, the location of Israel’s secret nuclear weapons program, The Associated Press reported on Wednesday.
Israel is believed to have somewhere between 90 and 300 nuclear warheads, but the real figure is unknown since both Israel and the US do not officially acknowledge that the nuclear stockpiles exist. Israel is not a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty, and its secret weapons program is not subject to any international inspections.
The ambiguity around Israel’s nuclear weapons program allows the US to provide military assistance without worrying about the Symington Amendment, a foreign assistance law that prohibits aid to countries that traffic in nuclear enrichment equipment or technology outside of international safeguards.
The Dimona nuclear site in the Negev Desert, known formally as the Shimon Peres Negev Nuclear Research Center, has had a heavy water reactor operating there since the 1960s. “That heavy water reactor, experts say, provides Israel with the plutonium for its nuclear weapons as well as the isotope tritium. That isotope is used to boost and also miniaturize nuclear weapons down to fit onto missile warheads,” said AP reporter Jon Gambrell in a video report.
Gambrell said that experts and AP’s own analysis of the satellite images “show that this project could be any number of things, including, what experts say, could be a new heavy water reactor that could allow Israel to potentially build more nuclear weapons or potentially service the ones they already have.”
The report said that the heavy water reactor at Dimona has been operating far longer than similar reactors from the same era, suggesting it may need to be replaced or retrofitted soon.
Daryl G. Kimball, the executive director of the Arms Control Association, told AP that if it is a new heavy water reactor, then Israel is “seeking to maintain the capability to produce spent fuel that they then can process to separate plutonium for more nuclear weapons, or they are building a facility to maintain their arsenal or build additional warheads.”
The report comes a few months after Israel and the US launched a war on Iran under the pretext that Tehran may be moving toward developing a nuclear weapon, a claim that lacked evidence. Amid the scrutiny of its civilian nuclear program, Iran has frequently pointed to the fact that Israel does actually have a secret nuclear weapons program, and that Israel is not an NPT signatory.

Israel successfully launched its Ofek-19 military spy satellite Tuesday night, which Defense Minister Israel Katz called both a major technological leap and a direct warning to the nation’s enemies.

The US State Heavily Invested in Israeli War Bonds
In the United States, local governments and states often use their own budgets to purchase investment vehicles. States are permitted to invest in foreign bonds, supplementing foreign governments with public funds. One state in particular has invested hundreds of millions in Israeli war bonds—Florida.
Florida has the most Israeli war bonds in the country at $950 million. The Florida State Treasury under CFO Jimmy Patronis invested $250 million in Israeli bonds as of March 2024, acquiring $120 million more in late 2023, followed by another $50 million purchase in early 2024. The investment in Israeli bonds continues to grow despite the bond rating dropping.
In October 2024, S&P Global downgraded Israel’s sovereign rating from A+ to A due to the ongoing conflicts and fiscal deficits that were expected to reach 9% of GDP in 2024 at the time. Moody’s downgraded its long-term local and foreign-currency issuer ratings from A2 to Baa1. Fitch Ratings maintained Israel’s A rating but cited a negative outlook due to the war in March 2025. Now, Israel’s debt-to-GDP ratio is approaching 70% and agencies are considering moving to a “junk” rating.
Numerous Florida lawmakers went to work to ensure that the state would continue supporting Israel through bond purchases. Before I continue, I must that that one particular county in particular owns the majority of Israeli bonds—Palm Beach County. Palm Beach County owns over $700 million in Israeli bonds, composing 15% of its portfolio. Yes, the same Palm Beach County linked to Epstein, but that is another matter. Also, yes, the same Palm Beach County where Mar-a-Lago is located.
Florida lawmakers, and Palm Beach County officials in particular, lobbied heavily and passed a new law that states Florida cannot discriminate against foreign bonds. Taxpayers have no say if their elected officials choose to invest in high-risk bonds for political reasons over returns. Florida’s CS/CS/HB 669, titled “Israeli Bonds, was unanimously approved by Republican and Democratic legislators in April and went into effect on July 1 after Governor Ron DeSantis signed it into law.
So, regardless of credit rating, Florida will continue investing in Israeli bonds as there is no minimum rating requirement. Legislators are exposing the state to a significant financial risk for purely political purposes. Israel Strikes Engineering Vehicles In Southern Lebanon To Hinder Reconstruction
A violent wave of Israeli strikes hit southern Lebanon, the heartland of Hezbollah, late on September 3, mainly targeting engineering equipment in what appears to be a part of systematic efforts to hinder reconstruction in the region.
Several other strikes hit southern Lebanon earlier in the day, killing at least four people. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) claimed that two of those killed were “operatives” of Hezbollah, and announced separately that its troops raided overnight several posts of Hezbollah in the region and blew them up before withdrawing.
The late night strikes targeted a large maintenance center for civilian engineering equipment located in the town of Ansariyeh.
In a statement released later, the IDF alleged that the tools were being used to help Hezbollah rebuild and advance “terror operations.” It added that a separate strike targeted a rocket launcher in the town of Jebbayn, which is also located in southern Lebanon.
To justify the strikes, the military said that the presence of the equipment and launcher violated understandings between Israel and Lebanon, referring to the ceasefire that was brokered by the United States last November.
The IDF continued to launch strikes against Lebanon after the ceasefire came into effect, and refused to withdraw troops from five strategic posts on the border.
Footage from the targeted maintenance center in Ansariyeh that emerged on September 4 morning shows mass destruction, with over a dozen bulldozers, diggers and forklifts completely burned out.
Speaking to reporters from the scene, Ansariya Mayor Abbas Faqih said that Israel was attempting to hinder reconstruction in war-torn southern Lebanon.
“Are they destroying so that we couldn’t rebuild? We shall then dig it out with our own hands!” he said.
While the strikes on the maintenance center in Ansariyeh are unprecedented, the IDF didn’t target many civilian engineering equipment in southern Lebanon in separate strikes since the start of the ceasefire.
The last confrontation between the IDF and Hezbollah, which broke out as a result of the war in the Gaza Strip, caused massive and systematic destruction in southern Lebanon, particularly in towns along the border. This was caused by Israeli air strikes, artillery, and a ground invasion that began in October 2024.
Satellite analysis and media reports revealed that thousands of buildings and civilian structures were heavily damaged or destroyed by Israeli strikes. Some border towns like Kfar Kila, Meiss al-Jabal, and Dhayra had over 70% of their buildings flattened.
Destruction was not also limited to the south. In December 2024, one assessment found that more than 5,000 buildings nationwide were significantly damaged.
The recent escalation by the IDF is clearly meant to pressure Hezbollah into accepting a U.S. proposal adopted by the Lebanese government last month that calls on the group to completely disarm. In exchange, Washington offered to facilitate the reconstruction of the south and promised that Israel would halt strikes and withdrew from its remaining posts there.
Citing complete lack of trust in both Israel and the U.S. among other ideological reasons, Hezbollah rejected the proposal and vowed to fight to the end to keep its arms.

China honours Jewish doctor who served as minister of health under Mao
Jacob Rosenfeld, a Jewish doctor from Vienna who found refuge in Shanghai and became a national hero of China for his victory in World War II and the Civil War, was posthumously awarded a medal. Chinese Ambassador Xiao Junzheng emphasized deep historical ties and promised to "strengthen them from generation to generation".
On August 27, the Chinese Embassy in Israel held a special ceremony in honor of Dr. Jacob Rosenfeld, a Jewish refugee, whose contribution to the fight against the Japanese occupiers in World War II, and then in the civil war, made him a national hero in the PRC.
The event, organized by the Museum of the Jewish Soldier of World War II named after Haim Herzog, ended with a solemn ceremony at which Rosenfeld's nephew, Menashe Rosenfeld, accepted the medal on his behalf 73 years after his uncle's death.
Jacob Rosenfeld became Minister of Health under Mao Zedong and even received the rank of general for saving thousands of Chinese during the troubled years of the war, after he himself fled Vienna, escaping from Nazi persecution. The legendary doctor died in Israel in 1952.
The Director General of the Museum, retired Major General Zvika Kan-Tor, welcomed the guests by organizing a ceremony as part of the solemn 80th anniversary of the victory over the Axis powers in World War II, which is called the World Anti-Fascist War in China.
"Today we honor the memory of Dr. Jacob Rosenfeld, a courageous doctor and soldier," he said in a statement. "His unique and significant story is one of one and a half million stories of Jewish men and women that continue to inspire us to this day. Every visit to the museum reminds us that the history of the Jews in World War II is not only historical dates, but also personal stories of courage and sacrifice. Our mission is to shed light on the history of these Jewish fighters and introduce future generations to the heritage of Jewish heroism."
He added that one of the reasons for the importance of this event was to honor Rosenfeld outside of China - here in Israel, where he remained an unsung hero.
"We strive to tell a wonderful story that is carefully kept by millions of people in China, but here, in the state of the Jewish people, almost no one knows about it," he said, stressing the museum's mission - to shed light on the forgotten history of 1.5 million Jewish servicemen who fought against the Axis powers.
The same idea was reflected in the heartfelt letter of Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog, transmitted by Aviv Ezra, Deputy Director General for Asia and the Pacific of the Israeli Foreign Ministry. In it, the Duke calls Dr. Rosenfeld a person who "left his mark on the history of China" and notes "a deep mutual respect shared by people of all ranks", calling Rosenfeld "a symbol of what can be achieved when openness and goodwill reign".

Profiting From an Ethnically-Cleansed Gaza
U.S. plan proposes to replace Palestinians in Gaza with projects including Gaza Trump Riviera & Islands and Elon Musk Smart Manufacturing Zones.
The White House is “circulating” a plan to transform a substantially depopulated Gaza into U.S. President Donald Trump’s vision of a high-tech “Riviera of the Middle East” brimming with private investment and replete with artificial intelligence-powered “smart cities.”
That’s according a 38-page prospectus for a proposed Gaza Reconstitution, Economic Acceleration, and Transformation (GREAT) Trust obtained by The Washington Post. Parts of the proposal were previously reported by the Financial Times.
“Gaza can transform into a Mediterranean hub for manufacturing, trade, data, and tourism, benefiting from its strategic location, access to markets… resources, and a young workforce all supported by Israeli tech and [Gulf Cooperation Council] investments,” the prospectus states.
However, to journalist Hala Jaber, the plan amounts to “genocide packaged as real estate.”
The GREAT Trust was drafted by some of the same Israelis behind the controversial Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), whose aid distribution points in Gaza have been the sites of deliberate massacres and other incidents in which thousands of aid-seeking Palestinians have been killed or wounded.
According to the Post, financial modeling for the GREAT Trust proposal “was done by a team working at the time for the Boston Consulting Group”—which played a key role in creating GHF. BCG told the Post that the firm did not approve work on the trust plan, and that two senior partners who led the financial modeling were subsequently terminated.
The GREAT Trust envisions “a US-led multilateral custodianship” lasting a decade or longer and leading to “a reformed Palestinian self-governance after Gaza is “demilitarized and de-radicalized.”

The barrage of Israeli lies amplified and given credibility by the Western press violates a fundamental tenet of journalism, the duty to transmit the truth to the viewer or reader.
There are two types of war correspondents. The first type does not attend press conferences. They do not beg generals and politicians for interviews.
They take risks to report from combat zones. They send back to their viewers or readers what they see, which is almost always diametrically opposed to official narratives. This first type, in every war, is a tiny minority.
Then there is the second type, the inchoate blob of self-identified war correspondents who play at war. Despite what they tell editors and the public, they have no intention of putting themselves in danger.
They are pleased with the Israeli ban on foreign reporters into Gaza. They plead with officials for background briefings and press conferences. They collaborate with their government minders who impose restrictions and rules that keep them out of combat.
They slavishly disseminate whatever they are fed by officials, much of which is a lie, and pretend it is news. They join little jaunts arranged by the military — dog and pony shows — where they get to dress up and play soldier and visit outposts where everything is controlled and choreographed.
The mortal enemy of these poseurs are the real war reporters, in this case, Palestinian journalists in Gaza. These reporters expose them as toadies and sycophants, discrediting nearly everything they disseminate.
For this reason, the poseurs never pass up a chance to question the veracity and motives of those in the field. I watched these snakes do this repeatedly to my colleague Robert Fisk.
When war reporter Ben Anderson arrived at the hotel where journalists covering the war in Liberia were encamped — in his words getting “drunk” at bars “on expenses,” having affairs and exchanging “information rather than actually going out and getting information” — his image of war reporters took a huge hit.

Trump picks Jewish economist for Fed role
U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that he would name Stephen Miran, chair of the Council of Economic Advisers, to the Federal Reserve Board.
Miran would succeed Adriana Kugler, who said she would leave the board before her term expires on Jan. 31. If confirmed by the Senate, Miran would serve out the rest of her term.
A Harvard University-educated economist, Miran served in the U.S. Treasury Department during Trump’s first term. He is one of several Jewish Americans serving in the current administration.
“He has been with me from the beginning of my second term, and his expertise in the world of economics is unparalleled,” Trump stated. “He will do an outstanding job.”
Miran is expected to support Trump’s efforts to get the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates. Thus far, the governors have balked at such a move, fearing a return to inflation if companies raise prices and pass along the costs of the president’s new tariffs to consumers.
“It’s really inconvenient for some that President Trump, who’s busy negotiating trade deals, enacting tax law and stopping wars, has such a great track record on interest rates, in both the dovish and hawkish directions,” Miran stated earlier this month. “But the track record is there.”
In 2022, he stated that he is an Ashkenazi Jew. He has also referred to obscure Torah concepts and used an Orthodox shorthand to avoid writing the Divine name, even in English, and cited a passage from legal writings of Maimonides about the Messiah.

House Approves Establishing New Committee To Investigate Jan. 6 Capitol Breach
In a 212–208 vote, the House approved a rule that wrapped in the new panel as well as a provision endorsing the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Included in the rules package was a resolution by Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.) authorizing the creation of the panel, which will be chaired by Loudermilk. The new panel falls under the jurisdiction of the House Judiciary Committee.
It’s the second panel approved by Congress to investigate the events on the day of and leading up to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach, during which a crowd of President Donald Trump’s supporters attending the “Stop the Steal” rally entered the Capitol.
The incident delayed the vote to certify President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 election. Lawmakers reconvened to finish the proceedings after the crowd had been cleared from the building.
The vote fulfills a promise made by House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) at the start of the 119th Congress to form a new subcommittee on the subject, as its Democrat-led predecessor had long faced allegations of bias and partisanship.
The resolution to authorize the new panel was introduced by Loudermilk—who was targeted for investigation by the previous Jan. 6 panel for a tour he gave of the Capitol complex in the days ahead of the Jan. 6 rally—a day before the House left for its August recess.
In a statement ahead of the recess, Johnson, who gave his backing to the bill, said, “House Republicans are proud of our work so far in exposing the false narratives peddled by the politically motivated January 6 Select Committee during the 117th Congress, but there is clearly more work to be done.”
Johnson said that the resolution would allow Congress to “continue our efforts to uncover the full truth that is owed to the American people.”
The first panel was approved by Democrats in 2021. Controversially, then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) did not allow then-House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) to select which Republicans would sit on the panel.
Instead, Pelosi chose two Republicans critical of Trump to sit on the panel: Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) was named ranking member, and Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) was also appointed to the GOP side.
The panel was highly critical of Trump, concluding in their final report that he was responsible for the events of the day and failed to take appropriate action to disperse the crowd after they entered the building.
Trump has maintained that he was not responsible. He and his allies have pointed to the administration’s offer to send National Guard to the Capitol ahead of the Jan. 6 rally. According to then-House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving, a request from the Capitol Police for National Guard support was denied because Pelosi “would never go for it.”

Director of the National Institute of Health, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, sat down for an extended interview with ZeroHedge. Bhattacharya, long known as one of the fiercest critics of lockdown orthodoxy, has gone from blacklisted dissenter to running the world’s largest biomedical research agency. A Strong Stance Against “Biodefense”

“I think that bioweapons are useless to national security and incredibly dangerous for human populations. The Biological Weapons Convention in 1973 is a tremendously important convention. And I think that the United States adheres to it. But we have to make sure that we adhere to it not just on the letter, but in the spirit. That includes, for instance, research for biodefense. Biodefense sounds good, but often there’s very little line between bioweapons and bio-defense… this line of research is fundamentally useless to protect this country from anything and potentially places the whole world at risk.”
The warning is timely. President Trump recently signed an executive order banning gain-of-function research—which some read as only applying to foreign nations but Bhattacharya assured us is indeed a universal ban.

Disgraced state MP facing dozens of separate serious criminal charges
Troy Bell, the former South Australian state MP for Mount Gambier, who has already been convicted of fraud and theft offences, is now facing a further 52 charges of deception.
The charges, which were previously subject to a secrecy order, allege that Bell misused the Country Members Allowance scheme between 2015 and 2020.
It is alleged he claimed more than $50,000 of taxpayers' money through false claims for overnight stays to which he was not entitled.
Bell has previously vigorously denied these charges.
The deception charges were kept confidential while Bell stood trial for separate theft and fraud offences.
A District Court jury found him guilty of those offences late last year, effectively ending his career.
Bell formally resigned from parliament earlier this week.
Bell is scheduled to be sentenced for the initial theft and fraud convictions on October 21.
The deception charges are expected to be brought before the Magistrates Court following that sentencing.
