Sometimes it's just idiots who smoke cigarettes and then toss the still burning butt into the brush. When I was young, there was a spate of brush fires in a nearby town. After investigation, it turned out that they were caused by the UPS driver throwing his cigarettes onto the road when he was done smoking them.

To those who think you've got some kind of 1st Amendment right to post whatever pics you want here: Yes, the 1st Amendment gives you the right to express yourself and say what you want. But it did not say that you were allowed to take over someone else's platform to do it. Just because some places on 8ch are appropriate for your images does not mean this one is. If you want to play with porn, please go to the boards that were set up for it. It's just common courtesy. You don't post porn here, and we won't spam your porn boards with our stuff.
