At the very least, this guy is making a killing ripping people off. But something doesn't add up. The tactics used to run the company are very suspect and I believe there is something else going on. But besides GPS tracking everyone with the transponder, I haven't found anything else… He does a lot of things that are not "criminal" but unethical.
