That asphalt paint can put off some pretty noxious fumes. I wonder if someone should call the epa and clean air authority, be sure it has federal oversight.
Yes, but I am sure in California's case they would appreciate the added and required help, through the proper permitting of course, and I am sure it would only take 10-12 yrs. and this will proceed right along. Of course they will foot the cost but you are absolutely correct it would greatly help global warming assuming all procedures are followed to the letter, and any other rules that may come up during the process or be fined a great amount of money.
