In 2009, he founded the Kirill Dmitriev Foundation for Social Initiatives. The goal of the fund is to comprehensively support and develop social initiatives that are aimed at improving the standard of living in Ukraine and developing the ideology of "economic pragmatism." One of the activities of the fund is to strengthen social and cultural ties between Ukraine and Russia. The first project of the Kirill Dmitriev Foundation for Social Initiatives was "One World of Creativity," which opened on December 7, 2009 with a concert at the Ukrainian National Philharmonic.
