IMHO, People must come across with permission, with vetting, and with respect. Furthermore, The constitution only applies to people in that category. Those who would take advantage of taxpayer funds illegally, are the ones who should be deported, and the constitutional protections that American Citizens ( and maybe Visa holders) get are reserved for those who respect our COuntry and it's laws.
