Well, there are comtrails killing and preventing formation of rain clouds, there are the non-native smelt fish as the "reason" for not filling up / draining the reservoirs, there are unwanted bullet trains sucking up taxpayers' money instead of dams being fixed, and yes, there are firefighters starting fires for the sake of muh budget. Seen it all. [Moonbeam]'s new law reduces water usage to 55 gallons a day per person. Sounds like a depopulation agenda to this anon!
