A very BRAVE Governor Whitmer-Appointed Judge just dismissed the case against all 15 Michigan Alternate GOP Electors
In a major gut-punch to Michigan’s Democrat activist Attorney General Dana Nessel, Governor Whitmer-appointed Judge Kristin Simmins has ignored party allegiance and decided to put an end to the lawfare against 15 innocent Republican electors from the 2020 election, who cast an alternate slate of electoral votes for President Trump in a state where the stunning election results were highly contested by many.
The charges against the 15 electors were as follows:
COUNT 1: CONSPIRACY- TO COMMIT FORGERY- FELONY: 14 Years and/or $10,000.00 fine.
COUNT 2: FORGERY – FELONY: 14 Years
COUNT 3: FORGERY – FELONY: 14 Years

In a stunning decision, Judge Kristin D. Simmons has ignored party allegiance and decided to put an end to the lawfare against 16 innocent Republican electors from the 2020 election who cast an alternate slate of electoral votes for President Trump in a state where the stunning election results were highly contested by many.
During the testimony, the judge referred to the Republicans’ electoral votes as an “alternate” slate of electoral votes. The judge read the charges aloud to the court and reminded the court that the attorney general’s office needed to be able to prove that the electors attempted to present a counterfeit or fraudulent document, calling them both “specific intent crimes.” The court looked at the statutes and determined that the prosecution did not sufficiently prove its case.
Judge Simmons addressed the “Conspiracy to commit forgery” charges, stating that the prosecution would have to prove that the electors intended to defraud the government with the documents, which they were unable to do.
Judge Simmins openly admonished AG Dana Nessel for accusing her of delaying the trial, reminding her that she had to hold two separate trials because of the size of the pool of defendants, and that the amount of testimony provided by the electors was significant.
The judge also mentioned GOP Elector James Renner, who was given immunity from Attorney General Nessel’s office for helping the prosecutors to convict his fellow electors. Judge Simmons explained how Mr. Renner’s testimony actually helped the electors: “At the meeting, there was no intent to defraud anyone,” and that the former Michigan State Police employee would not have even attended the meeting if he thought there was going to be a crime committed.
Judge Simmons reminded the court that the electors posed for a photo in the basement of the Republican Party headquarters in Lansing, where the alternate electors allegedly signed the documents. People who are committing a crime don’t pose for a photo, the judge said, adding “that would be weird!”
