Obama Judge forces high-school girls to share showers with opposite sex

The transgender agenda in public schools, which insists a person’s sex is a subjective matter based on feelings, took a huge step forward this week with a federal judge ruling boys must be allowed to use girls’ rest rooms and showers, and vice versa.

U.S. District Court Judge Marco Hernandez in Oregon did offer an alternative, however: Parents who object to mixed-sex showers for their children can take them out of the schools for which they pay.

His ruling failed to address the fact that if they homeschool send them to a private school, as do many with such concerns, they must not only pay for their local public school but also for a second round of costs.

“It is within Parent Plaintiffs’ right to remove their children from Dallas [Oregon] High School if they disapprove of transgender student access to facilities,” the judge said.

“Once the parents have chosen to send their children to school … their liberty interest in their children’s education is severely diminished.”

His ruling, however, conflicts with President Trump’s rescinding of an Obama administration guidance letter directing schools that want to continue to receive federal funding to let transgender students use facilities that correspond with their “gender identity.”

If you haven’t yet heard the name Scott Wallace, all you really need to know is that it’s synonymous with evil. We’re talking about Scott Wallace, the Democrat congressional candidate from Pennsylvania who maintains that parents of more than two children are “irresponsible breeders” deserving of higher taxes.

This wealthy, privileged, long-time advocate of population control has already spent millions of dollars pushing these and other anti-population growth agendas, including massive donations both to the National Organization for Women (NOW) and aborted baby body parts dealer Planned Parenthood.

Between 1997 and 2003, Wallace forked out $420,000 to a group known as Population Connection (formerly known as Zero Population Growth, or ZPG), the goal of which has been, for many decades, to push more abortion as a way to “stabilize population growth.”

A 1968 pamphlet issued by then-ZPG explains that “no responsible family should have more than two children.” Any family that does, the brochure adds, “should be taxed to the hilt for the privilege of irresponsible breeding.”

In 2010, Wallace’s “Wallace Global Fund” has also donated to the Center for the Advancement of the Steady State Economy, or CASSE, an environmental group that sees economic growth as undesirable. Instead, CASSE would rather see an economy marked by “stable or mildly fluctuating levels,” including equal birth and death rates.

When an economy is in a state of stagnancy, CASSE maintains, this means that it is “maturing.” CASSE’s ultimate goal is to see as few new births as possible, and would like to see things like “reproduction licenses” issued by the government, similar to what communist China currently has in place, that limit the number of babies that parents can have.

During a press conference on Monday, President Trump stated that he would be “willing” to shut the government down in order to get “proper border security.” He also said he doesn’t have a “red line,” and he always leaves room for negotiation.

The president was asked, “[A]re you saying that you would be willing to shut the government down in September if it does not fully fund $25 billion worth of your border wall and also deliver all of the immigration priorities that you listed in your tweet, or are you leaving some room for negotiation there?”

Trump responded, “I’ll always leave room for negotiation.”

He added, “We need border security. Border security includes the wall, but it includes many other things. … I would certainly be willing to close it down to get it done. As you know, we are already approving things in various bills, including, we’re going to be taking care of the military. We always put the military and law enforcement very high. But lest it be misunderstood, here are some key points about what today’s news reveals, what’s new and what isn’t, and why it’s significant:

Is this a fundamentally new type of activity for the TSA or DHS or an expansion of its scope?

No, certainly not.

For at least ten years Federal Air Marshals have contributed observations of air travelersto the Transportation Information Sharing System, a database shared within and outside the DHS.

The TSA and other DHS components with which it shares data (including CBP) have for years been keeping individualized, highly detailed, highly intimate dossiers on all travelers, regardless of whether they are or ever have been suspected of any crime.

Those dossiers include — as we have seen in copies of our own files, and those that others have shared with us, obtained in response to Privacy Act and FOIA requests — not only whether two travelers (named and identified by age, gender, etc.) asked for one bed or two in their hotel room, as recorded in reservations routinely imported and mirrored by the DHS, but also free-text comments by TSA and CBP agents about what book a traveler was reading, what clothing they were wearing, and what they were eating.
