I like where you're going with that idea. I think it should be a little more severe than that though. A bartender might not necessarily know or expect the person they serve that they know is over the limit will commit a crime and/or kill someone. There's a repeating pattern of violent behavior that the judge completely ignored for "equity" and "compassion." Not to mention there's a significant difference in caretaking of societal responsibility between a judge and a bartender.
