1) Wipe the slate clean approach…i.e. ok, we give you a chance….everything now on a case by case basis. Also, qatar pledged a $245B investment in the US.
2) Kayfabe - Hamas leadership became dead weight and Qatar really wants to be an ally, so Israel get's to be the fall guy by looking bad, but Qatar arranges the scenario for Israel to strike and Trump oks the plan. Qatar cries, but really only to save face among their Arab allies…Israel is never gonna look good, so they don't care
3) UTTER BS: The US is at war with Venezuela. Qatar is heavily aligned with Venezuela (posted in noties a day ago - easy to find sources) Israel at war with Hamas, DJT says, "yeah, sure whatever…go for it.."
4) Combo of all three.
