DEI

"Diversity" - diversity from what? That is the unspoken premise. They mean diversity away from WMC - white male Christian. In other words, DEI is institutionalized racism and sexism against white Christian males.

Therefore, a simple definition for "DEI" is simply anti-white racism.

Obviously, "Equity" is wealth redistribution, or bolshevism.
