it is vitally important that his FIB find the shooter and string him up, for all to see. That may be the only thing that stops the cycle for a while. No more games. Charlie is now a martyr.

Hopefully he can find all the fucking masons who are behind the shooting, but that is less important than stringing up the shooter.
