I saw the vid first then saw the "Charlie is ALIVE and stable' BS. Poor guy was dead before the first paramedic got within a 1000 feet of him. He may not have been officially dead until pronounced at the ER but he died on scene. Zero doubt. He was likely unconscious within seconds. Bullet could have damaged spinal cord as well causing him to posture up the way he did but that was irrelevant.
