When you can, take a bit of time to yourself, doing what brings you back to your essence.

You need a mental reset.

Be it walking, fixing something/etc, then find just one thing that makes you laugh. Laughter exhausts tension, allowing it to leave the body.

I use this one, for after I aided someone, they save it and reuse it when needed.

Dad at the comedy barn

and I add, try not to laugh, I dare you. (save if needed)

The problem is, there are no facts, to any death. Why they don't use medical records or coroners reports, is there are penalties to forged legal documents.

Even if they show us a body, like with epstein, and we dig to show it was a fake, we get no verification/justice, that we were right.

Until facts are provided, I believe nothing, but what's in my own sphere of life, that I can determine what is real and not.

Well, they do not produce sympathy in me, just more hatred for evil.

I have c-ptsd, so it's easy for me to turn off emotion, and not be conned. If action isn't taken, I've lost faith in the one thing I had faith in, Q.

yea, for about a week he did one,

'I just lost my little one' sob story, copy pasted, then he switched it up to they are after him.

nothing real about him, and his motives are obvious when you see it a few times.

We all need walks in the wilderness, where noise and influence are gone, so our thoughts go to what truly is important.

Many times is wilderness mentioned in the bible.

So, what you see now, as wasted, is not, your mind hears your spirit, reminding you what is important.

As far as the other stuff, my old vet buddy used to say, 'there's no brinks truck behind a funeral procession', meaning, what you take, with you, was already, in you.
