Last night on here, somebody posted a photo of a younger guy with a backpack, wearing all black…the pic was taken from the back of the man…the poster asked “Who is this?” - anybody remember? The pic was a subject walking in or around an Arby’s.
Reminded me of the new suspect photo we’re seeing.
