Germany will back the French-Saudi two-state proposal

The German government will support a French-Saudi proposal for a two-state solution, the German Foreign Ministry told Bild.

Germany is planning to support a United Nations resolution on Friday adopting the declaration, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the plan.

UN Security Council condemns strikes on Qatar without mentioning Israel

The United Nations Security Council on Thursday condemned recent strikes on Qatar's capital Doha, but did not mention Israel in the statement that was agreed by all 15 members, including Israel's ally the United States.

"Council members underscored the importance of de-escalation and expressed their solidarity with Qatar. They underlined their support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Qatar," read the statement, drafted by Britain and France.

"Council members underscored that releasing the hostages, including those killed by Hamas, and ending the war and suffering in Gaza must remain our top priority," it said.

Haifa police detain at least seven Israelis protesting the Gaza war

Police arrested at least seven people at a demonstration against the war and the starvation crisis in Gaza, in the northern Israeli city of Haifa.

As soon as protesters began chanting in solidarity with Gazans, the police declared the demonstration was illegal and began making violent arrests.

Police said in a statement that the protesters blocked traffic, but footage shows them standing well away from cars and pedestrians in a plaza.

'They tried to kill me here, too': Netanyahu blames left, Islamists for far-right influencer Charlie Kirk's murder

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Charlie Kirk, the late far-right American influencer murdered on Wednesday, was murdered for being a defender of "Judeo-Christian civilization."

"The radical Islamists and their union with the ultra progressives – they often speak about human rights and free speech, but they use violence to try to take down their enemies," the prime minister said in an interview on Fox News.

"Whether it's President Trump, who's almost been assasinated twice, [or when] they tried to kill me here too. But they got Charlie Kirk and it's just heartbreaking."

Royal Navy declares two drone systems ready for front-line operations

11 September 2025

After two years of trials and development, including collaboration with operational partner forces, a fleet of Malloy T-150 Uncrewed Air Systems will be deployed to carry ammunition, weaponry, food, personal and medical supplies to Royal Marines Commandos operating in all manner of extreme environments.

Meanwhile, Royal Navy warships will gain valuable intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities thanks to the Peregrine mini helicopter’s formal entry into service.

Royal Marines and the Royal Navy’s drone operators from 700X Naval Air Squadron and Commando Logistic Regiment have put the Malloy T-150s through a demanding set of tests and exercises – from the freezing Arctic to the Indian Ocean – over the past eight months.

This work has resulted in the systems being declared ready to Release to Service, which means they are ready to be used during operations.

The Malloy UAS has proved immensely valuable in rapidly bringing supplies over complex terrain, reaching places where traditional supply lines are simply unviable.

With eight rotor blades – each around two feet in length – an endurance of up to 40 minutes, top speed of 60mph, and the ability to lift up to 68kg (comparable to the weight of half a dozen general purpose machine guns), the Malloy T-150 is a proven, capable and versatile platform.

It needs a team of two, one remote pilot and a second to monitor the drone’s command unit, and can be flown manually or autonomously to designated waypoints with an underslung cargo.

Brigadier Chris Haw, Head of the Commando Forces Programme, said: “The UK Commando Force continues to be at the vanguard of operational change in embedding digital and autonomous systems into the way we fight.

“The introduction of logistic drones represents a significant expansion in the Commando Force’s use of Uncrewed Aerial Systems, beyond those already in-service for surveillance/reconnaissance, and importantly reduces the risk to personnel during tactical re-supply.

“Tested in operationally representative conditions, and developed in close collaboration with Malloy, the equipment and operators have made considerable progress.

The T-150 has great potential for broader use-cases as we have recently seen in operational theatres and on the Carrier Strike deployment.”

Neil Appleton, CEO Malloy Aeronautics, said: “The UK Release to Service of our T-150 platform is a milestone we’re incredibly proud to be a part of.

“As a multi-role UAS, the T-150 can be used for Replenishment at Sea one day and resupplying deployed Royal Marines Commandos the next.

“It’s a game-changer for the modern battlefield and we are proud to deliver this capability to those who need it most.

“We’ve partnered with the UK Armed Forces throughout this programme, from the Royal Marines Commando Force to wider Ministry of Defence organisations to deliver this capability at pace, including training and in service support.

“We welcome this further strengthening of our partnership with the UK armed forces and remain committed to expanding the capability of our multi-role solutions for the UK.”

The Malloy T-150 is also undergoing operational evaluation with the UK Carrier Strike Group in the Indo-Pacific, recently delivering supplies from aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales to destroyer HMS Dauntless in an historic first.

Meanwhile, Peregrine has been developed and delivered in partnership with Thales and Schiebel, providing the RN with a cutting-edge, shipborne uncrewed aerial uncrewed system that extends the eyes and ears of the Fleet beyond the horizon.

Peregrine – which has proven its worth on drugs busting missions in the Gulf – is equipped with the powerful Thales IMaster radar, providing world-class, all weather, day and night surveillance, tracking and target identification to support commanders in complex maritime and coastline areas.

Marie Gayrel, Thales Vice-President Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Business Line, said: “As Thales, along with Schiebel, we are proud to partner with the Royal Navy in delivering the Peregrine capability.

Its operational success aboard HMS Lancaster demonstrates the potential of rotary wing uncrewed air systems to transform maritime operations.

“This milestone highlights our shared commitment to innovation, safety and delivering critical capability to the Fleet, fully aligned with the Royal Navy’s transformation agenda.”

Captain Dave Gillett, Head of Navy Develop’s Maritime Aviation & Carrier Strike, added: “The introduction of Peregrine into service is a game-changer for our surface fleet.

Its successful deployment with HMS Lancaster shows how uncrewed systems can deliver real operational advantage, extending our surveillance reach and enhancing our decision-making in theatre.

“With the integration of the IMaster radar, Peregrine provides exceptional surveillance capability and is a vital step for wider Maritime Aviation Transformation, ensuring the Royal Navy remains at the forefront of innovation in naval aviation.”

Luxembourg's sensitive sites unaffected by drones

Update: 11.09.2025 14:03

A number of "suspicious" drone flights have been reported by German and British authorities over recent months, but their Luxembourg counterparts have ruled out any threat at this stage.

"No case of suspicious drone flight has been reported to the High Commission for National Protection by operators of critical infrastructure since the start of the year", ministers wrote in response to a parliamentary question submitted by the DP's André Bauler.

Unlike the British authorities, who have recorded a number of drone flights over sensitive or restricted areas, arousing suspicion, Luxembourg seems to have been spared. These flights are not to be confused with the recent incursion of Russian drones over Polish airspace.

However, the issue is being taken seriously. In Germany, drone activity has occurred in military areas, including the Eurofighter fighter jet manufacturing site, the Airbus Defence and Space site, and a military site south of Nuremberg.

In 2025, Luxembourg police received 39 calls regarding unwanted drone flights. However, the majority "concerned flights over private properties, gardens or fields, for the purpose of observing game", ministers said.

Some also took place in Luxembourg's no-fly zones, including Findel airport, Diekirch, Ettelbruck, and Esch-sur-Alzette.

These flights rarely result in arrests or the confiscation of equipment, with the exception of a drone flight at Luxembourg City rail station. In this case, the drone was piloted by tourists, and a security guard on the scene forced them to delete the images captured that day.

In light of the new threats, the government services will conduct "awareness campaigns among operators of Luxembourg's critical infrastructure concerning potential threats targeting these areas."

Largest turtle nest in the world revealed in drone study

11 Sep 2025

Scientists studying the world’s largest river turtles, a South American species that grows to a length of nearly a meter, or 3 feet, have found the largest nesting aggregation ever recorded.

Using drones to conduct a population survey in the western Brazilian Amazon, researchers recorded a nesting area of the endangered giant South American river turtle (Podocnemis expansa) with roughly 41,000 adult female turtles.

The nesting site is on the largest sandbank of the Guaporé River, which forms part of the border between Brazil and Bolivia.

“We knew it was an important area, but we didn’t have the full picture of the size,” Camila Ferrara, one of the study co-authors and a turtle specialist at the Wildlife Conservation Society, told Mongabay by phone.

Ferrara said the survey was an undercount of the full region’s turtle population since five other smaller nearby beaches were not included, nor were young or male turtles counted.

The turtle population in the area has been growing since at least 2014, a win that Ferrara attributes to the work of the Brazilian government’s 40-year-old Amazon River Turtle conservation program in collaboration with local communities.

For this study, scientists tested three different methods of counting turtles. Using only on-the-ground counting, they logged around 16,000 turtles.

And using only drones, the scientists counted nearly 79,000, with some turtles likely double- or triple-counted as they moved through the sand.

The scientists say a third approach they developed produced a more accurate estimate of 41,000.

They collected data using both on-the-ground tracking, marking some of the turtles to track movement, and zig-zag drone surveys.

They then processed the data with mathematical models that account for the movement of turtles.

The results of the study are useful for scientists who track fluctuations in turtle populations, allowing them to understand if threats are mounting or if conservation efforts are working.

“These populations are highly threatened by illegal commerce,” Ferrara said, adding that two recent police operations in Brazil’s Amazonas state detained wildlife traffickers with more than 450 turtles in August 2025.

“There is a huge difference between removing one or two turtles from the river to eat, and the illegal commerce.”

The decline of river turtle populations, she added, threatens food security for riverine communities. Turtle meat has been an important part of local diets for thousands of years.

A 2015 archaeological study in the region found that turtle meat was more prominent in Amazonian diets 7,000 years ago than mammals, coming second only to fish.

“We know that if we don’t do something, these animals will disappear because in many areas their numbers are already diminishing,” Ferrara added.

Revelation That MQ-9 Reapers Are Now Engaging Aerial Targets Comes From UAP Hearing

Sep 9, 2025 6:18 PM EDT

Amember of Congress has shared a video claiming to show an attempt by U.S. MQ-9 Reaper drones to intercept an unidentified object in the air off the coast of Yemen last year.

The footage and the circumstances behind it are otherwise unconfirmed, but this appears to be the first known instance of a Reaper engaging an aerial target of any kind in an operational setting.

Rep. Eric Burlison, a Missouri Republican, first showed the video, seen in the social media post below, during a House Oversight Committee hearing today.

The stated focus of the hearing was on U.S. government transparency regarding so-called unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), previously more commonly referred to as unidentified flying objects (UFO), and protections for whistleblowers.

The video “was taken [on] October 30 of 2024. This video is of an MQ-9 drone tracking an orb or this object off the coast of Yemen,” Burlison said during the hearing before playing the clip, which is approximately 50 seconds long.

“You’ll see that another MQ-9 launched a[n AGM-114] Hellfire missile that – you cannot see that [other] drone.”

The footage shows the purported AGM-114 striking the object and causing some debris to go flying, and then deflecting away without detonating.

The object, which had been shown traveling along a steady path before the attempted intercept, is seen continuing on despite being struck until the clip ends.

The video feed also prominently includes the text “LRD LASE DES,” which would point to one MQ-9 laser designating the target for the other Reaper to engage with a laser-guided Hellfire variant. This is also known as buddy lasing.

“It looks like the debris was taken with it,” Burlison said at the hearing after showing the video. “I’m not going to speculate what it is.”

In the social media post included earlier in this story, Burlison further stressed that the “footage [is] presented as received from a whistleblower” and that an “independent review is ongoing.”

What the object might be is unclear from the footage, but at times it looks, at least how the sensor interprets it, more cylindrical than orb-shaped, as seen below.

This could also be a product of the video quality. It looks to go tumbling in the air after being struck, as well, and how long it actually remained airborne afterward is unknown.

TWZ has reached out to the House Oversight Committee for more information about the video. We have also reached out to the Pentagon and U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) for comment.

“We do not have anything to provide on this,” a U.S. defense official has told TWZ.

What is known is that the Houthis in Yemen have been engaged in on-again-off-again attacks on ships in and around the Red Sea, as well as targets in Israel using ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as long-range kamikaze drones, since October 2023.

Prior to the announcement of a ceasefire between the Houthis and the U.S. government in May, American air and naval forces were very actively engaged in responding to those threats, as well as targeting the Iranian-backed militants in Yemen.

MQ-9s were a fixture in those operations, with the Houthis claiming to have shot down dozens of them. American Reapers have been operating over and around Yemen, in general, for years now.

The idea of employing MQ-9s in the air-to-air role, at least for self-defense, is not new. In a test in 2017, a Reaper successfully downed a target drone using an AIM-9X Sidewinder air-to-air missile.

There was a precedent already at that time for arming drones in this way, with at least some Predators having been modified to allow them to fire heat-seeking Stingers in the lead-up to the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.

In at least one instance in 2002, a Predator fired a Stinger at an Iraqi MiG-25 Foxbat fighter that was trying to shoot it down, as is seen in the video below.

The Foxbat was successful and survived the encounter, but Iraqi forces reportedly made no further attempts to shoot down American drones.

Using Hellfires, originally designed as air-to-ground munitions, as anti-air weapons is also not a new concept, though radar-guided AGM-114L Longbow variants are more typically discussed in this role.

TWZ was also first to report earlier this year that the MQ-1C Gray Eagle drone, a cousin of the MQ-9, had demonstrated an air-to-air capability against drones using AGM-114Ls.

A number of U.S. Navy Freedom class Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) have now received upgrades to employ AGM-114Ls in the surface-to-air mode against drones, as well.

>>23582428

It remains unknown whether the MQ-9s were actively tasked with an air-to-air mission.

The apparent use of a laser-guided Hellfire in the anti-air role might indicate a more impromptu engagement against a target of opportunity.

A grazing blow without a detonation would also point to a lack of any modifications to the missile’s fuze that would help improve its effectiveness against an aerial threat via proximity detonation.

It is worth noting here that the U.S. military has now openly touted the use of laser-guided 70mm Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System II (APKWS II) rockets launched from crewed fighters to shoot down Houthi drones in the course of operations since some time last year.

Back in 2019, the U.S. Air Force had first disclosed it was eyeing APKWS II as a lower-cost anti-air munition following a test in which an F-16 used one of the rockets to destroy a target drone standing in for a subsonic cruise missile in a test.

TWZ was first to report on both of these developments.

The object seen in the video disclosed to the public today would have had to have been moving relatively slowly and in a steady, non-reactionary manner to have been tracked by Reapers and hit by any Hellfire variant.

The parallax effect could otherwise explain why the object looks to be traveling at a high speed.

Also known as parallax view, this refers to an optical effect that can distort an object’s actual position and, by extension, its perceived speed, when it is viewed from different angles, including from another moving platform, against a background.

Parallax is often raised as a factor in assessing reported UAP sightings.

While we still cannot say for certain what is seen in the footage, all of this would be consistent in very broad strokes with an attempted shootdown of a subsonic cruise missile or kamikaze drone.

The way the target changes aspects as it moves through the air and reacts to the missile grazing is also very balloon-like, although this is not definitive and is based on limited information.

As TWZ routinely highlights, there has been and continues to be substantial overlap in reported sightings of what are now often called UAPs and drones, as well as balloons.

The video raises separate questions about what the rules of engagement might have been if the ‘object’ was indeed not readily identifiable before it was fired on.

It is very plausible that the decision was made based on the assessed threat it posed to friendly assets, especially warships, which the Houthis were regularly targeting around the time the footage was said to have been shot.

U.S. military forces had found themselves in a heavy fight in the region against drones and cruise missiles, and shot down hundreds of them.

>>23582431

Whatever is or isn’t seen in the video, many U.S. government responses to UAP-related matters have prompted real transparency concerns.

In speaking today, Burlison said a key reason he was sharing the footage at all was to highlight the question of “why are we being blocked from this information consistently?”

Members of Congress on both sides of the political aisle regularly complain about stonewalling on UAP-related issues.

The Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), established in 2022 as a centralized organization for managing U.S. military-wide policies and procedures for tracking, reporting, and analyzing UAP incidents, as well as a repository for relevant intelligence assessments and other data, has been a particular focal point for that criticism.

In the past three years, AARO has been, at very best, inconsistent in releasing imagery and other information about reported UAP encounters, even in instances where it says there is a benign explanation.

Though operational security concerns are regularly cited, and are not entirely unreasonable, TWZ has often highlighted the dichotomy between how fast post-strike videos and pictures can be released and the time it seems to take for official disclosures regarding UAPs, if they ever come.

As a prime example, the U.S. military has yet to release any imagery from the shootdowns of a trio of still-unidentified objects in the skies over the United States and Canada back in 2023, despite past pledges to do so.

Canadian authorities released the first picture from any of those incidents last year in response to an Access to Information Act request.

It came along with a string of partially redacted internal emails, which indicated that officials in Canada initially wanted to share the image with the public, before changing course ostensibly to avoid confusion and speculation, a decision that has had very much the opposite effect, as you can read more about here.

With the video now having been shared publicly by a sitting member of Congress, more details about the claimed incident last year off the coast of Yemen may begin to emerge.

At the same time, real and now long-standing questions about transparency regarding UAP issues remain.

The Earth Alliance Eisenhower Set Up!

Sep 09, 2025

Why the Narrative about their connection to Galactic Federation of Worlds Doesn't Line Up!

This is not about Elena ~ its about correction in what she is sharing and why it seems she blocked me, she must have known I would challenge this.

Elena often says that Eisenhower’s “Earth Alliance” was established during his presidency and is in direct contact with the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW).

What Eisenhower Actually Did?

He resisted enormous pressure from both the Deep State and ET factions.

There are records and testimonies suggesting he initiated back-channel alliances ~ with White Hat elements in the military, and with benevolent off-world contacts like Val Thor.

His intent was sovereignty: to safeguard humanity and resist both ET coercion and shadow-government control.

Eisenhower’s moves did seed what people later called the Earth Alliance ~ networks of patriots, military, scientists, and spiritual guardians.

These weren’t tied to a single ET council; rather, they were about keeping Earth’s sovereignty intact while navigating contact.

Much of this had to be hidden because of infiltration.

Elena ties this Earth Alliance directly to her version of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

But this is where distortion shows up:

The “Federation” she promotes is the same construct Dan Cooper warns is compromised by Deep State agreements.

By saying Eisenhower’s Earth Alliance is working with them, she hijacks Ike’s sovereignty legacy and folds it back into the Federation psyop.

Through these sources I got much of this information from ~

Dan Cooper ~ insider testimony, legal frameworks, historical disclosures.

Akashic Records ~ direct access to the soul-encoded memory field beyond time.

Remote Viewing ~ trained psychic methodology, corroborated by military/intel circles.

Whistleblowers & Deathbed Testimonies ~ individuals who broke silence, sometimes at great risk.

Declassified Documents & Historical Records ~ FOIA releases, military archives, Eisenhower’s own speeches.

Gridwork & Direct Experience ~ my personal contact, initiations, and planetary grid activations.

Cross-Corroboration – when multiple independent streams (Akashic, insiders, records) align on the same event or truth.
