If true that Kirk was killed by a Mauser, a Mauser was also found in the school book depository after the JFK assassination. Then the story and rifle changed. It may not have been the kill shot per se, but it was part of the conspiracy.

I shouldn't draw parallels but Kirk also has a young daughter and son? Symbolism much? What threat was Kirk to them? Would he have entered the election arena at some point?
