This vid off of a phone from a bystander.

Its the only vid I have seen that makes sense of

Charlies "jumping" T shirt at the shot.

Could be the roof guy was also a live shot SOUND decoy,

being used to send everyone after a long shot (having created

a sound from a distance)

….the truth might be Charlie was shot close up

from the side by this guy in the green hoodie hiding a gun under

his crossed arms while standing next to Charlie?

Is this why some reported a second shot fired?

How would you make sure the guy on the roof fired his long distance

for "sound effect" at the right moment so as to coordinate with the

handgun sound next to Charlie.

Would the roof guy have to be given a timing signal?

Is that what the two men behind Charlie were doing just before the shot?

This looks like a professional team set up to anon.
